Construction of Fisherman Resting Shed @ Anthoniyar Kurusady South East side in Muttom Village Panchayat of Kurunthencode Panchayat Union.

Earht work excavation in all clauses of soil and subsoil to full depth as may be directed except hard rock including all materials to site etc complete as Per SS 20B

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and basement etc. complete

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement 5 concrete works as per the design given jncluding cost of steel and binding wire in all floors ete, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R.C.C Column,footing column pedestals bed blocks, critical pier etc, using mild steel sheets of size 90x60x10cm gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.50cm spaced at about 90 cm centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete cimplying with standard specification and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation inmcluding watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Filling the basement with excavated earth including all charges etc complete.

Weathering course with best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be listed) over the RCC roof slab in the proposition being brickjelly to lime 32:12:1/2 by volume and laid over into a single layer and consolidated to required finished thickness beating the mixture with wooden beaters keeping the surface constantly welted by sprinkling lime jaggery water including all other labour charges etc., complete

Finishing the top of the roof with one course of Machine Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 2 cm of approved quality laid in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3(One cement and three sand) 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar,red oxide, etc., complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [ The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty shoule be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting surface with two coats of redy mixed oill bound distembering of first quality over one coat of primer coat for plastered surface including cleaning preparing the surface etc compiete.

Painting two coats over Cement Plastered Surface, with best approved best quality of plastic emulsion paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone M.Sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Fusion Bonded Epoxy coating not less than 175microns thickness and upto 300 microns to reinforcement of all diameters as per IS 13620/1993 including testing of coating at plant. The cost is inclusive of cost on account of careful handling, PVC coated binding wires, touchup material supplied by coating agency, repair work, loading, unloading and strengthening of bend rods etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Cement concrete 1 : 2 :4 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.
