Strengthening of BDD and Pull key switches Installed in new Trip Signaling system of cable Belt conveyor at NALCO Mines, Damanjodi

Issue from NALCO Central Store & preparation,cutting , threading, bending etc of 32 mm GI pipe (Medium size) as per approved drawing. Supply of 32 mm elbow,Tee,sockets as required ,Laying and fixing of pipe at site all along the 15 km cable Belt conveyor & applying of two coat synthetic enamel paint and one coat red oxide over entire surface of the pipe, . Nalco shall issue GI pipe as free issue material.

Supply and installation of new SS 304 Triangular key type panel lock of Rittal/Dirak India make matching to existing ss pulkey enclosure key hole with supply of one key for each lock & Dismantling and return back of the existing lock without any damage . Accessories required for installation triangular lock is under the scope of the vendor.

Issue, shifting of free issue items & providing RRM with hard stone in 1:6:12 ratio with 20 mm aggregate .Nalco shall supply cement as free issue material.

Disconnection of terminated BDD wires & re-laying of BDD cable inside cable protective pvc conduit and GI pipe up to the Junction Box including termination.Applying of cable sealing compound on GI pipe open ends (upto 04 nos. of pipe ends near the pullkey box & BDD side),Supply and apply of cable sealing compound is under the scope of vendor however protective PVC conduit shall supply by Nalco as Free Issue Material.

Provision of Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) in 1:2:4 ratio for cable & GI pipe protection works with 20 mm (crushed) stone aggregate inside excavated trench, road crossing, over and below the culverts, bridges, pipe cooping and other down hill area with suitable thickness as per direction of E-I-C. The vendor has to supply & transport the required quantity of stone chips and sand & free issue items up to site i.e. all along 15 km long conveyor with his own arrangement. Nalco shall supply the cement as free issue material.
