Maintenance work

Repairing damaged leaky concrete surface area & Wall surface with Flexible membrane forming waterproofing and protection slurry by removing all existing damaged and loose concrete, dirt, fungus etc, the clean surface prepared with metal brush and washing. After surface preparation, application of two coat of MC Proof Superelastic by mixing ratio 1:2 MC Proof Superselastic A (liquid component) and MC Proof Superelastic B (powder component) well mixed by using of stirrer paddle. Application of first coat to the surface by brush in order to close the pores and cracks by allowing three to four hours before the next coat. Total consumption of 1.70 Kg/m2 of concrete surface to form 1mm thick. The rate including labour charges, materials and transportation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying of Screed concrete using Cement Concrete mix 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using HBGS 6-10mm ISS metal for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.- Mixing by manual means

Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar bed in 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Removing all existing loose concrete upto rusted rod, Surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade/ Sand paper for exposed reinforced corroded steel, application of anti corrosive paint for existing reinforcement, followed by application of SBR Bonding agent and one layer of micro concrete at 15 to 20mm thick & allowing it to cure and also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. and surface plastering of 1:3 mix with SBR added cement. Followed by one coat of Elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR, Elastomeric, plaster of paris, Micro concrete, Ladder, Ropes, Buckets and Brushes etc., complete complying with slandered specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

White washing three coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
