1)वॉटर मीटरला ग्राहक नंबर स्कॅनिंगसाठी वॉटरप्रूफ बारकोड बसविणे.
2)वॉटर मीटर बिलिंग सॉफ्टवेयर काम करणेकरिता संगणक ऑपरेटर पुरविणे. (सॉफ्टवेयर नगरपरिषदेचे राहील त्याचेवर काम करणेचे आहे)

मल्टी कलर ए-4 आकाराचे प्रीप्रिंट पाणी बिल नगरपरिषदेचे सूचनेप्रमाणे प्रत मुद्रण करणे.
2) घरोघरी जाऊन पाणी मीटरवरील बारकोड स्कॅन करून फोटो सहित टॅब वर रीडिंग घेणे व बिले तयार करणे
3) ग्राहक माहिती सेवा – ग्राहकांना पाणी बिलाचे एसएमएस पाठविणे. पाणी बिल भरल्यानंतर त्या ग्राहकाला पुन्हा आभाराचा SMS पाठविणे.
4) बिलाचे वितरण- प्रत्येक ग्राहकाला पाणी बिल अंतिम तारखेच्या आधी नमूद केलेल्या पत्त्यावर घरोघरी वितरण करणे. तसेच अधिक माहितीसाठी आवश्यक त्या ग्राहकाला मेल आयडी वर बिल पाठविणे.
5) वॉटर मीटर बॉकस मधील लिकेज काढणे,व मीटर रीडिंगची खात्री करणे. (प्रती वर्षासाठी दर देणेचा आहे.)
