a)Company/Firm/establishment or Udyam Registration certificate. b)Proof of experience in supply of Items for which they have submitted the bid, at least since last 3 years (2 years in case of MSE Units) with a copy of the Purchase order/completion certificate/installation report/invoice copies pertaining to any of the Government Organization of State/Central Government in India during the financial year 2022-23 (2023-24 in case of MSE Units) c)Details of the Bidder shall be submitted as per Annexure A d)The bidder shall submit complete details of Manufacturing and infrastructure Facilities as per Annexure D with geo-tagged and time stamped photographs

All the documents mentioned below for 3 financialyears 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 (2 financial years 2023-24 and 2024-25 in case of MSE Units. a) Audited Statement of Accounts viz., Balance Sheet, Trading/Profit and Loss Account b) IT Returns c) Certificate issued by the CA as per Annexure B

All the documents below must be furnished: a)Copies of the Purchase/work orders covering the Tendered productb)Satisfactory completion/insulation reports certificate issued by the Client or Invoice copies covering the Tendered product (Must tally with the work orders furnished) c)Furnish the details as per format in Annexure C

Shall submit GST Registration or any other valid document/registration certificate issued by the Central/State Govt. department/ organization in Karnataka. List of Service Centres in Karnataka, along with the GST registration Certificate of the Service Centre/Centres as per Annexure E

The bidder should submit the Samples of products offered and should submit the following documents.a) Detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the products offeredb) Parameter wise compliance statement of the technical specifications mentioned in the tender document Appendi technical specifications of the product proposed to be supplied by the tenderer, along with the test certificates towards meeting critical parameters set by the ARC from NABL Accredited Laboratory c) Geo Tagged and time stamped Photographs of having in-house fabrication unit for converting reflective sheeting and other metal items d)Purchase proof of OEM recommended printer for digital printed signage, software for traffic signage

If the bidder is sharing a Land border with India then the Registration Certificate and Model Certificate issued by the Competent Authority to be obtained as specified vide Office Memorandum No. F.No.6/18/2019 - PPD issued by Ministry of Finance, GOI dt.23rd July 2020 and GO of GoK vide No. FD 455 Exp-12 2020 Bengaluru Dated: 25.08.2020. A declaration has to be submitted in Compliance regarding restrictions on public procurements from bidders of countries which share a Land Border with India, in the form of Affidavit as per Annexure F
