Taking down carefully Ceiling fan /Wall Mounted fan/ Exhaust fan of any rating / capacity from site and after repairing complete again refixing in same position complete all as specified and directed. (Note-: Spares parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Dismantling and taking out burnt winding wire by cutting, cleaning slots and re-winding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200mm/1400mm sweep any make with super enameled colour copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG and weight not less than 200gms and not more than 350 gms including, sleeve work, varnishing with F class insulation paper with threading, including blade screws of suitable size and ensuring all blades screwed properly before refixing or issuing to concern unit complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 02 above but weight more than 350 gms but less than 500 gms complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of wall mounted fan of capacity 400/600mm sweep including dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws and refixing after servicing complete all as directed . (Unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

Supply and Fix cable FRLS PVC insulated and overall sheathed with flexible copper conductor 3 core of size 0.50 Sqmm cut to size all as required at site for connection from ceiling rose to connector block of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Exhaust fans of capacity 450/350/300/250mm including taking down from site, dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws and refixing to the existing site after servicing complete all as directed . (Unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

Dismantling and Re-winding of exhaust fan motor 250-300mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG and weight not less than 250gms including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexbile wire of size 23/0.0076mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 25 above but above 300mm-450mm sweep and weight upto 500 gms complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and Re-winding of pedestrial fan motor 450-600mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire of gauge 35SWG and weight above 300gms to 500gms gms including cutting and getting out old brunt winding, sleeve work, varnishing with E class insulation varnish, threading, connections with twin core copper flexbile wire of size 23/0.0076mm of length not more than one mtr with each fan complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item No. 2,3,4,6 & 25) :- (i) Doctor brand or equivalent ISI brand varnish shall only be used. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Super enameled copper winding wire shall only be used. (iv) Copper winding weight shall not be less than old existing repaired fan.

Servicing of wall mounted fan, padestrial fan of 400 to 600mm sweep including dismantling, cleaning, greasing/oiling of bush and bearings, replacement of set of split pins, cotter pins, blade screws and refixing after servicing complete all as directed . (Unserviceable parts other than specified in this item if any will be measured seperately).

Removing old paint by scraping with sand paper including washing and filling cavaties with filler and applying two coats of super enamelled synthetic paint to complete ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm sweep at site incl, writing CA No, MES No or Srl No & location on the ceiling fans as directed or required at site.

S&F in Replacement of old unserviceable fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated, of type make and colour as of existing exhaust fan suitable for fans up to 300mm sweep any make complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable exhaust fan blades made of MS sheet duly powder coated, of type make and colour as of existing exhaust fan suitable for fans above 300mm and upto 450mm sweep any make complete all as specified.

Point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including 1.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor earth wire drawn through existing PVC conduit and connected to common earth dolly, with and including 1.6 mm thick cadmium plated sunk MS pressed steel terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws complete all as specified and directed. Connections of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles for the following:- (a) one fan point controlled by one way switch.

S&F ceiling rose PVC/polycarbonate, insulated body surface Bakelite 65mm dia three terminals.

Taking down carefully geyser 35 to 50 ltrs capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc and again refixing in position after repair & replacement of spare-parts, descaling of rust and rubbish material from the inner tank testing complete after replacing the unserviceable spare parts all as specified. Note:- 1.Spare parts/ items required will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

All asper Srl item No 42 above but for 9Hole assembly.

Supply & Fix in replacement of heating element titanium coated ISI Marked of 1.5 KW rating round or triangular suitable for water heater storage as required at site including rubber washers.

All as per Srl item No 44 above but of rating 2.0KW.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel Internal tank for vertically mounted geyser 25 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to withstand water pressure of 8bar.

All as per Srl item No. 46 above but 50 Ltr capacity.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel Internal tank with inbuilt assembly for vertically mounted geyser 50 Ltr capacity of make Crompton Radiant or Racold complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable stainless steel braided flexible connection pipe with brass hexagonal adopters/nuts on both sides, 15mm bore (300mm long) complete ISI marked, suitable for cold & hot water upto 0-80 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed make as approved.

All as per item Srl No 49 above but of length 450mm.

Supply & Fix in replacement of non return valve 15mm dia of brass ISI Marked all as specified and directed make as approved.

Supply & Fix in replacement of old unserviceable thermal insulation material non hygroscopic, fire resistant fiber glass wool for 25-50 ltrs capacity geyser complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in replacement Outer container made out of 14 guage CRCA sheet duly painted for water heater storage type of capacity 25 ltrs incl bottom cover complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl Item No 53 above but for 50 ltrs cap.

Supply & Fix in replacement of neon indicator lamp as per site requirement for geyser of cap upto 50 Ltrs any make and type.

Supply & Fix in replacement PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable 3 core 2.5 Sq.mm flexible stranded all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement 3 Pin Plug Top 16Amps stranded all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in Replacement of MCB SP 20 Amps.

Supply and Fix in Replacement of Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator Socket type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. not less than 100 W flush type.

S & F Fan regulator modular step type suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan hum free, 120W- 2 module including necessary connections complete all as spd and directed.

Taking out of old burnt unsv sheet metal enclosure with plug socket and MCB after disconnecting electric connection complete all as specified.

Fixing only of sheet metal enclosure with plug socket and MCB 20A SP and making connection with sub main wire with suitable size of thimbles including Cutting chases of suitable size on existing wall and making connection to the submain wire and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface including testing on connected load complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Sheet metal enclosure with plug socket will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing 2. Rate of MCB SP 20Amp, 10kA is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Fixing only Single Phase/three Phase Electronic energy meter by drilling on wall and fixing meter by means of suitable size of screw and making connection to existing MCBs in DB Box including flexible PVC pipe of suitable size and testing complete incl taking down old unsv meters and deposting in MES store yard all as specified and directed. Note: 1. 1Phase/3 Phase Electronic energy meter to be issued under Sch 'B' free for fixing.

Supply and fixing carbon steel anchor bolts, nut and washer of size 12mm dia & 80mm length by grouting in wall complete for mounting Geyser of any size all as specified and directed.

S & F of angle valve/cock with flange chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia GI Pipe complete connection all as directed.

M&L for fixing Ventillating fan of sweep 250mm sweep incl cutting hole or square section of suitable size on existing wall fixing ventillating fan with suitable size of nuts bolts, connecting with 3core flexible copper conductor of 0.50 sq mm and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing the Heavy duty exhaust fan single phase 230/240 Volts of size 300mm sweep with louvers of metallic body including cutting of suitable size of hole on existing wall and fixing the fan by grouting suitable size of anchor bolts and making good the disturbed surface and matching with existing specifications incl complete electric connection to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor 3 Core cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Exhaust fan louver round or rectangular shaped made of MS steel sheet for exhaust fan of size 250mm to 300mm sweep and fixing on wall by means of suitable size of screws incl taking down old unsv louvers complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Srl No 69 above but for size above 300mm to 450mm.

Supply and fixing in replacement 2Pole 20Amps metal clad plug top complete all as specified.
