SPECIAL REPAIR WORK AT OFFRS MESS HQ 91 SUB AREA AND PROVN OF HARD STANDING NEAR KATOCH STADIUM AT JRC UNDER GE (WEST) JRC

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick joint free edge cut area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed in colour cement to match the sade including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick 1:4 etc complete. Note :- Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed by GE/USER.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7 mm, 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the surface over 10mm thick dado/ wall plaster in C:M 1:4 etc all as specified. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed by GE/USER.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular)polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 & n exc 1.00 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc and make good complete all as specified and directed. Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed by GE/USER.

All as per ser item No 4.00 above but in skirting and dado including rendering/screeding including cement mortar1:4 , 10mm thick,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite black slab, machine cut, well polished, bedded in 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as in cooking plaforms & like and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixtures of pigments to match the shade of granite stone including cutting , moulding and polishing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 laid laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, mirror finish complete.Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed by GE/USER.

All as per item No 7.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as riser, skirting, dado, etc over and incl 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 rough finisher surface to receive tiles.

M&L for Mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying Two coat of oil emulsion distemper (white) on one coat of putty filling on walls etc (Surface finished even and smooth) complete all as specified and as directed.
