Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar with all quoins, arches, pillars, etc including disposal of the rubbish out off the Defence premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for cutting rivets/ bolts and removing from Defence premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Supply and fix mild steel framed work as in railings, grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Supply and fix Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) including forming holes as required of various sizes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment steel confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality "B" complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Material and labour for preparing the new steel surfaces of any description over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying two coats of fusion bonded epoxy enamel paint over a coat of epoxy primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
Demolition Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for dismantling of embedded MS angular frame work for taking into credit and removing the debries from defence premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls including washing / rubbing down / scrapping down, brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping of smoke soot, moulds moss, efforescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming coat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
