Random Rubble Masonry in cement Mortar 1 : 5 for foundation and basement using New Stones including necessary provision for Bond stones with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications.

Brick work in CM 1:5mix using country bricks ground molded of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casuarinas props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcemeat and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with Kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications

For foundation and basement

Finishing the top of Roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size ( 20x20x2 cm ) approved quality in C.M. 1:3 - 12 mm thick mixed with water proofing compoud confirming to IS @ 2 % by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc,. complete complying with Standard Specification.- 10 Sqm

Supply and fixing of Cadapah slab including cost and supply of work site etc complete.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facial, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5,12mm thick. over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of any color and any size laid in CM 1:3, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with coloring pigment to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any color and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with coloring pigment to suit the color of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Refilling in basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick well remmed and consolidated etc,charges etc complete

Emeluation Paint two coats including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labor charges

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved color over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing and supplying of MILD STEEL DOOR made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S angle for outer frame,35 X 35 X 6mm M.S.Angle for outer frame of shutter. The entire shutter area shall be covered with CRC sheets ( 18 G ) with 4Nos,of stiffners using T 2 sections at equal intervals horizontally. The corners of the frames and shutter with CRC sheets shall be welded by adopting flash butt welding or any other suitable method. Provision towards 3Nos, of Hinges incase of single shutters / 6Nos,of Hinges incase of Double shutters of 125 X 31 X 1.25mm size placed at appropriate intervals and provisions shall be made for Tower bolts 2Nos, Aldrop 1No. The frame shall be provided with 6Nos,of Hold fast of 200mm length using 50 X 6mm M.S.Flat. The entire frame and shutter shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer including cost of hold fasts,hinges, locking arrangements, handles wind appliences etc., complete and as directed by the departemendal officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of dismantling the masonry or making holes in R.C.C)

Supplying and fixing of push and pull typeRolling shtter confirming to IS 6248/1979 and as amended from time to time. With ISI make of approved size and section using 18 gauge G.I.sheet.The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of Hood covers , transportation charges etc., and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Manufacturing and supplying in position of MILD STEEL WINDOWS with openable shutters, outer frames and shutter frames shall be made out of steel sections conforming to I.S. 7452/1990. The outer frames and shutter frames of windows made out of ' Z ' section ( F.7D ) of size 25 X 20 X 3mm and confriming to I.S.7452/1990. Mullions are made out of ( F.4B ) ' J ' sections of size 46 X 25 X 3mm and confriming to I.S. 7452/1990. The shutter shall be individual and each of them can be operated seperately. Sash bars shall be made of " T " ( T 2 ) of size 25 X 25 X 3mm. Four numbers of 40 X 40 X 3mm angel hold fasts of 230mm length should be welded to the outer frame of sturdy hinges and one number of handel-cum-latch of special type shall be left for its easy operation. One number of adjustable wind stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter. Mild steel square guard bars of 12mm size shall be welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not exceeding 100mm spacing and 18G CRC sheet for shutter panes and welded with shutter frame.

IV.LOUVERED VENTILATOR Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Alumi,Anodised natural colour matt finished LOUVERED VENTILATOR fixed window with three panels using 62*38*[email protected]/m and the louvers with moving arrangement will be made with Aluminium channel of size 60*30*4 mm @ 1.27kg/m with necessary glass panes for louvers 4mm thick Aluminium clips , including all materials,labour,power consumption charges required for fabrication if necessary chipping dismantling making necessary holes in RCC coloumns, Beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as drected by the departmental officers The Aluminium surfaces should be anodised with matt finish under electrically condition in accordance with IS specification 1868/1962 of Anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns (fifteen) complete. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed .

Wiring with 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm PVC unheated SC allocable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with T.W. Switch box in flush with wall, covered with nylon sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable color for open PVC light point / Fan Point SD 20

Wiring with 2 x 2.5 Sq.mm PVC unheated SC allocable of 650V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x 100 x 113mm T.W. switch box in flush with wall, covered with nylon sheet of 3mm thick 5 Amps 3 pin non - interlocking C.S. Plug top with painting of suitable color for open PVC plug point.- SD -35.

Supply and fixing of Bison Door including cost and supply of work site etc complete.

Weathering course in Brick jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge - 10 cum

Supply and fixing in position best quality of approved make Indian Water closet of size 580 x 440 mm with all accessories such as P' trap or S trap confirming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40 mm levelling course 1:4:8 -100 mm thick and fininshing the top to the required slope and including necessary internal connection and outlet connection and making the distrubed potion to original condition without leakage etc., including Labour chages for fixing etc.,
