The following accessories shall be provided for each seat in work station : a)Metal key board tray b)Metal CPU trolley c)3-draw mobile metal pedestal of size 390mmx435mmx646mm model : Godrej Nova pedestal with castors or approved equivalent, complete all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The quoted rate shall be for one unit of complete single seater work station system all complete as per the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installing executive chair with gas lift and tilt lock with fixed arms of Godrej (Model BRAVO mid back chair NO.FU9u02R) or Feather llite or equivalent approved by the Engineer in charge of required colour complete as per manufacturers speciications and directions of Engineer in charge

Polishing on the surface of solid wood/veneer/MDF/Plywood wall panel with Melamine Polish of Brand Asian Paints Interior Glossy/Matt or rate and quality of equivalent brand as approved by Engineer-in-charge to achieve excellent Glossy surface (or excellent mat surface as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge) : 1) Clean the surface and sand the surface first using Emery Paper No. 120 and then wipe it clean with a cloth till dry Surface free from Dirt, Dust, Oil Stains, Loose Particles is obtained. 2) STAINING - for staining, apply a coat of Asian Paints Wood Stains and allow it to dry for 30min without sand papering the stained coat. 3) SEALING - Mix Asian Paints Interior Sealer Base and Hardener in the ratio 9:1 by volume and thin it with 20-40% of Thinner (Asian Paints Thinner for MELAMYNE (BRUSHING)-(2126) OR Thinner T-124 for SPRAYING). Allow for a maturation time of 30min and spray 2 coats of sealer. For spraying, give an intercoat interval of 5-6 hours. Sanding to achieve uniform surface with Emery Paper No. 320 or 400 between coats.

. 4) Topcoat - Mix the Asian Paints Interior Topcoat Glossy / Matt and hardener in the ratio 9:1 by volume and thin it with 20-40% Asian Paints PU Thinner T-124 for SPRAYING. Allow a maturation time of 30mins and Spray 2 coats of Matt or Gloss. For spraying, give an intercoat interval of 5-6 hours. Sanding to. Description of Item achieve uniform surface with Emery Paper No.320 or 400 between coats. Additional spray coat if required to be done till the final finished surface shall be excellent Glossy/excellent matt Note : a)All Melamine applications shall be Spray Application Only. b) For best Melamine polish results start by sanding the wood with a sandpaper and dust it off. While doing the sandpapering, Care must be taken to to rub along the grain of wood and not against it. c) The entire operations shall be as per the manufacturers technical specifications of the approved product of make Asian Paints Interior Glossy or equivalent along with necessary pigment as required. All complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Removing the damaged/worn out PVC flooring laid over existing flooring and cleaning the existing floor surface (upto floor five level) by neatly brooming, washing and mopping the floor so as to remove dust, dirt, sticky and oily substances, stains etc., from the floor surface, removing and dumping the accumulated rubbish at a identified location in ground floor upto any lead within the city exchange campus as directed by Engineerin-charge complete.

Arresting leakage in walls by applying brush bond or equivanet over the plastered surface etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Angular stop cock with wall flange of standard design and Jaquar make CON-059KN or rate & quality equivalent of apporoved quality and shade Etc as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 18 to 20mm thick Lapotra steel grey granite machine cut for Steps,( Treads& Risers), floorings, landings, and similar locations of required size and approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, including rubbing, curing, and polishing to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels :
