Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For RCC roof slab, beams, lintels, waist slab, portico slab, etc,.

For RCC Columns and sunshades etc,.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone sand and Four hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including mixing of concrete with mixer machine, laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Super structure in GF

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One Cement, One and half M-sand and Three aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawel, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (For 50 mm thick). Excluding rental charges for power trawel.

Finishing the top surface of Granolithic flooring in P.C.C 1:2:4 using mechanical Power Trawel till the required time and level and finishing the same neatly as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Providing expansion joint at 6mtr intervals across the flooring by cutting the grooves 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractors own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works, etc complete and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.

Brick work with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of M-sand) using best quality II class Ground molded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification. For Super structure in GF

Providing of stack plan by using two coats of enamel paint of width 100mm including cleaning the surface, marking, tape fixing, all labour charges and all materials cost and all other incidental expenses etc.,

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls and raking out joints upto 20mm deep.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One of cement and Five of P-sand), 20 mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 20mm thick in all floors, etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.20kg/Rm. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centre to centre forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab with CM 1:3 ( One cement and three sand ) etc., complete including painting the exposed surface of MS channel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Repairs and servicing the existing worn out wooden/iron ventilators, etc including cost of replacing materials labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification.

Repair and Servicing the Existing wornout wooden/iron Windows etc.., including cost of replacing materials and labour charges etc.., including cost of weld mesh complete complying with standard specifications.

Repairs in the Manual Rolling Shutters of size 1.80m x 2.44m and replacing the Exisiting worn out spares like M.S tension spring, small lathe, empty pully and double ball bearing, locking arrangements and also servicing the gear box and shutter for smoothening function and pull operation etc,. including cost of replacing materials labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The contractor should take over the AC sheets on buy back policy).

Replacing the damaged AC sheet and Supplying and fixing 6mm thick asbestos cement sheets including cost of AC sheets, U/J bolts and nuts, bitumen GI washers and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. (The old sheets should be take over by the contractor on buyback policy).

Breaking the damaged binder wall, removing the AC sheets carefully and the brick wall should be finished neatly by breaking the damaged portion, refix the AC sheets in position and the binder wall should be reconstructed with brick wall win CM 1:5 and finished neatly with CM 1:5, 12mm thick including finishing, curing etc.., complete as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old wood works with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour ( the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works) the rates inclusive of removing paint from doors, windows and wood works by manual labour including cost of brushes, scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers during execution of work.

Painting old iron works two coats such as steel doors, windows, steel grills, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint in all floors, etc., including removing old paint from iron surface with sand paper, complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use on works)

Painting the walls with Plastic emulsion paint two coats over one coat of primer as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the emulsion paint shall be got approved by the Engineer incharge before use of work).

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, stainless steel gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of stainless steel gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of removable grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification. 160mm dia PVC Pipe.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter casuarina posts or best quality of bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3m+0.5m projection+0.5m upto the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts being 2m in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with silver oak planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc.,in a complete form using coir and nails,etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers during execution of work.

Supplying and fixing in position of 2 ply barbed wire fencing with the existing "L" angle placed above the compound wall horzontally 5 rows and Vertically at a spacing of 0.20m and tying with the angle togother by GI binding wire including curving the barbed wire every alternate top and bottom etc.complete complying with standard specifications
