Earth work in surface excavation for all kind of soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m etc. all complete as per specification and directed of Engineer in Charge

Demolishing cement concrete nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying, filling, levelling, watering and consolidating with stone dust for trenches, pits and tunnels, side of foundation, under floor etc. including loading, transporting, un loading, all leads and lifts, labour etc. all complete as per direction and specification of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sourcesexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for the same for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying carrying to site all approved materials and placing in positions steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending and binding etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and in plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Plastering with 12 mm cement plaster of mix in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) in brick work, concrete work or any other surface etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter of area 3 sq. metres and below including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer In Charge.
