Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepained steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 mircons over 5 mircons primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters Enamel paint other than white
