Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floor or top of roof slab PCC padding and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note – The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Material & Labour for Vitrified digital double charge tiles 10 mm thick ( square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc. 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed with Balendura adhesive or equivalent as approved by AGE and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Vitrified digital double charge tiles 10 mm thick of size 600 x 150 mm on polished on vertical faces of walls set and jointed with Balendura adhesive or equivalent as approved by AGE and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed and coloured ceramic joint free tiles (300 x 600) x 7 mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such on skirting, dados and riser to steps. etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 18-20 mm thick Granite (Z black) slabs on cooking platform/shelf/flooring etc. machine cut laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and half rounded at one corner complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 18-20 mm thick Udaipur green stone slab as in tread of staircase, window cill, corner shelves, counter type WHB and border in Kota stone flooring including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces incuding half rounded or moulded at corner and nosing of steps etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15-18 mm thick green marble slabs as in riser of staircase & skirting etc. machine cut laid over and including cement plaster 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces of stone slab including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished complete. Note : Joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non Approachable roofs- cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 kg/Sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster.

M&L one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied over primed surfaces.

Taking down old Sheet metal enclouser and supply and fix new sheet metal enclouser cubical type factory fabricated made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet with front side openable single door system powder coated painted to shade RAL 7032, PL Gasket, hinged single door ,IP-55 mounting plate made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel and earth bolts etc. of size 600x500x200mm all as speceified & directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :-- Cost of any minor modification if required in fixing of the sheet metal enclouser as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces matching with existing finish, will be deemed to be included in the cost of this item.
