basement ventilation with CO2 Sensor of following capacity with powder coated GSS casing and aluminium

alloy impellers with high efficiency aero-foil sections, blades, the impeller directly driven by TEFC induction

motor (EFF- 2) and 'H' class insulation suitable for 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 415±10% Volt, ac supply, suitable

capacity of TP isolator with M.S enclosure box complete as required and as per specifications. Fans should be

AMCA certified for air & sound performance & should be statically & dynamically balanced upto G 2.5 as per

ISO 1940 & AMCA 204/3 standard.The sound pressure should not exceed 80 db(A) at a distance of 3 Mts.

Fan and Motor for Fire exhaust fans shall be suitable for operation at minimum 250 deg C for 2 hrs. (as per

EN12101-3: 2002 CE certified). complete in all respect.

SUB-HEAD 'C' - ELECTRICAL

LSIG (Microprocessor Based) releases shall be used for incoming feeder.

ii MCCB :

All MCCB's shall be provided with door interlocked rotary handle with ON/TRIP/OFF position indicator,

continuous variable thermal magnetic O/C and S/C releases. The MCCB above 250A rating shall be provided

with microprocessor based releases (settable at site). i/c MCCB shall be provided with E/F release also.

iii All MCCB used in starter feeder shall be suitable for motor duty application.

iv All motor circuit MCB shall be motor duty with 'C' curve.

v Breaking capacity mentioned is Ics value.

vi All MCCBs shall be provided with rotary operating handle and ON/OFF lamps backed by 2Amp control MCB.

vii All meters shall be digital type (unless otherwise specified)

viii All current/voltage transformer shall be cast resin type.

ix All indicating lamps shall be LED type.

Current density for bus bar shall not be more than 1.0A/Sqmm. Rating of Bus bar is after considering all

derating factors. (Bus bar sizing calculation to be submitted for approval.)

xiii All feeders shall be provided with door interlocked with door defeat, pad lock facility.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Ventilation Panel (Basement) :- Z1 & Z2 (TYPE-1)

as per specifications described below complete in all respects:

One (1) No. 250A 25KA, FP MCCB With micro processror release (O/C, S/C) Protection, ROH

Metering & Indication:

One (1) Nos. 0-250A digital Ammeter with selector switch protected by 6A control MCB's

One (1) Nos. 0-500 V Digital Voltmeter with Selector Switch and suitable ratio, Cl-1, 10VA CT's.

Set of R/Y/B Phase indicating lamps & On/Off/Trip indication, backed up with 6 Amps Control MCB.

300A TPN Al. Busbar of short circuit withstand capacity 25kA. Busbar shall be insulated with heat shrinkable

sleeves and shall be color coded.

6 Nos. Star Delta Starter for 11.0 KW, Complete with MPCB, contactor, SPPR, ON/OFF/Trip indication lamps

and push buttons, potential free contacts for remote operation in each feeder and Auto Manual Selector

Switch as required including auxiliary relay with contacts for smoke signal.

Set one (Complete with Programming/Internal wiring etc.)

One no. suitable UPS 500VA-1000VA/Power Pack as a part of ventilation panel. PLC will receive 'Modbus'

Signal from fire Panel and shall turn on the smoke time fresh air and exhaust air fans and shall control the

operation of jet fans from low to high speed.

PLC will control ventilation fans & jet fans of both fire zones. There are about 6 3 of these will run on normal

condition & fire condition , 3 fans which will have to be turned ON on fire signal.

Cabling & Conduiting

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of

PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
