Lining up One time contract for Replacement of Sheets of ANP Bagging Bag Godown Roof and Cladding Sheets at Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited Trombay Factory Chembur Mumbai 400074

Removing Existing Mangalore tiles / AC / GI / Galvalume Sheets/polycarbonate plain and corrugated sheets from roof / cladding / partitions etc., excluding supporting structure but including scaffolding, handling, transporting, sorting and stacking at site within premises and or disposing inside RCF Factory premises etc complete as directed.

Providing and fixing at all heights, level and locations colour finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets, 0.71 mm Aluminium color coated toughed profile with center to center pitch of 175 mm, depth of 41 mm, overall profile width 1092 mm, cover width of 1000mm, of alloy 31500 (IS Designation), temper Hx8 confirming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS Code 2676 with characterstics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profiles sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling / tapping stainless steel screws M6 ,100 mm long with EPDM seal washer over aluminium washer etc all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Cost of truss/ frame shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing of Pre-coated color or mill finish Aluminium Roofing accessories in 0.71 mm thickness, Alloy 31500 (IS Designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 ( ISO designation)]. For color, coating shall be 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns, using self drilling/ tapping SS screws of size 6x50 mm with 3 mm thick EPDM seal over aluminium strip and SS Plain washer complete. Precoated/ mill finish aluminium ridges plain (500-600 mm ) all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Cost of truss/ frame shall be paid separately).

Providing and fixing of Pre-coated color or mill finish Aluminium Roofing accessories in 0.71 mm thickness, Alloy 31500 (IS Designation) [Aluminium Alloy (AA) 3004 ( ISO designation)]. Precoated/ mill finish aluminium flashings/ aprons ( upto 600 mm). all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. Cost of truss/ frame shall be paid separately).

Fabricating and fixing at desired location using hot rolled sections and MS Plates of grade Fe 250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings ( if required), which are to be prepared by Contractor and got approved from Engineer, transporting to site and erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, and all necessary fixtures and operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting , drilling.grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush, cleaning and applying one coat of primer and two coats finish paint after fabrication including touching up after erection etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (The qty. of gusset plates, base plates, bolts shall be measured in M.T. for this item.) Structural steel and paint shall be supplied by RCF on non chargeable basis at its store. (Including necessary MS scaffolding)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. ( Paint will be provided by RCF Ltd.)

Supply and fixing of Roof Safety Lifeline. Safety harness line as specified by the National Building code and roof lifeline should cover entire roof area.Only Nylon, Polyester or Synthetic Fibre Shall be used.
