REPAIR AND PAINTING OF STEEL FURNITURE OF OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER BSO OF GE BENGDUBI

Removing the broken seat and replacing it with new seat woven with 2mm wide plastic cane of make:- Primier /Shah & Shah/B R Super brand as per Godrej pattern to be fixed with 04 Nos machine nuts and bolts of size 85 x 4 mm with washer to Chair CB Steel with arm/ without arm, frame of seat shall be made of best quality 2nd class seasoned hard wood ,free from knots and infection all as specified and shown on drg and shall be painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primier. (FD-75(M).

All as per Srl item No. 1 here-in-before but back of Chair CB Steel with arm/without arm.(FD-75(M).

Supply and fixing in replacement of flat iron cleat made of 50 x 25 x 3mm under the seat of chair CB steel with/without arm with electric welding all as directed by GE.

Supply and fixing in replacement of arm to chair CB steel with arms of best quality 2nd class hard wood, free from knots, infection with 02 Nos steel screw as per drg duly painted with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of wood primer and as per directed by GE. (FD-75(M).

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable seat plank of form without back with new one of size 1525 x 255 x 18mm thick made of MR Gde plywood as per IS:303 of make:- Greenply/Centuryply/ Archidply/Duro covered with 0.8mm thick laminated sheet both side of make:- Greenlam/ Centurylam/ Merino including 0.8mm thick PVC edge bending Tape of make:- REHAU/ Fixin pasted with probond adhesive /necessary glue alround to seat including nuts, bolts & rubber shoes leg frame of Form without back all as specified and shown on drg. (FD-77(M) & FD-1027)

All as per item No. 5 here-in-before but size 1900 x 255 x 18mm. (FD-77(M) & FD-1027)

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable portions of form with or without back with 25mm square conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm of make:- Appolo/Nizon or ISI mark duly electric welding all around of pipe complete all as directed by GE. (FD-77(M), FD-78(M) &FD-1027)

Supply and fixing in replacement of top of table 900 x 600 x 760mm with/ without drawers steel with new one made of 18mm thick MR Gde plywood as per IS:303 of make:- Greenply/Centuryply/ Archidply/Duro covered with 0.8mm thick laminated sheet of make:- Greenlam/Archidlam/ Centurylam/ Merino including 0.8mm thick PVC edge bending Tape of make:- REHAU/ Fixin pasted with probond adhesive /necessary glue alround to top of table all as shown on drg and as directed by GE. (FD-1007 & FD-1008)

All as per Srl. item No. 10 but Table 900x900x760mm Steel. (FD-1009)

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs and stiffeners of table 900 x 600 x 760mm with/without drawers steel with new legs made of 25mm square conduit pipe 1.6mm wall thickness of make:- Appolo/Nizon or ISI mark duly electric welding all around of pipe complete size and shape all as shown on drg and directed by GE. (FD-1007 & FD-1008)

Supply and fixing new H type stiffener for jointing legs of 25mm square conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness of make:- Appolo/Nizon or ISI mark shall be welded all around pipe to support the legs of the table at appropirate height approx 100mm high from the bottom of legs all as directed by GE. (FD-1009)

Supply and fixing in replacement of drawers of table 900 x 600 x 760mm with drawers made out of 0.9mm thick MS/CRCA sheet of make:- SAIL/JINDAL/TATA with drawer lock of make:- Lico/Reena or equivalent of size and shape all as specified and shown on drg including lock with duplicate keys. (FD-1008)

Supply and fixing in replacement of lock of table 900 x 600 x 760mm with drawers with duplicate key for four leaver size and shape all as specified and shown on drg. (Make of Lock:- Lico/Reena or equivalent) (FD-1008).

Supply and fixing in replacement of hasp and staple mild steel chromium plated 75mm long of Locker bed side Steel all as shown on drg and directed by GE. (FD-257 & 1029 )

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel chromium plated socket for fixing 19mm dia conduit pipe hanging rod of locker bed side steel all as specified and shown on drg. (FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel chromium plated handles 125mm long 'C' type of locker bed side steel and shown on drg. (FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement of hanging rod 19mm dia 0.9mm wall thickness conduit pipe of stainless Steel of length 380mm approx all as specified and shown on drg of Locker bed side Steel. (FD-FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement of door shutter of locker bed side steel made of 0.9mm wall thickness M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL of bend to shape and size as per shown on drg complete and as directed by GE. (FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs of locker bed side steel made of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL sheet of bend to shape as per shown on drg complete and as directed by GE. (FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement of 75mm long MS hinges to door shutter of locker bed side steel including revetting of all loose doors all as directed by GE. (FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement bottom (Base) of locker bed side steel made of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL sheet bend to shape as per shown on drg and as directed by GE. (FD-257, 1029 and SKD-567)

Supply and fixing in replacement of top of table office clerk steel with new top made of 18/19mm thick MR Gde plywood as per IS:303 of make:- Greenply/ Centuryply / Archidply/Duro covered with 0.8mm thick laminated sheet of make:- Greenlam/Centurylam/ Merino including 0.8mm thick PVC edge bending Tape of make:- REHAU/ Fixin pasted with probond adhesive /necessary glue alround to top of size 1220 x 730mm all as shown on drg and directed by GE. Replacement of unserviceable drawers of table office officer/clerk steel with new drawers made out of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL /SAIL with locking arrangement shape and size all as per shown on drg and directed by GE. (FD-381, 1002, 1003 & FD-1004).

Replacement of unserviceable cabinet/box only of outer side of drawer of table office officer/clerk steel with new drawers made out of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL with locking arrangements shape and size as per shown on drg and as per directed by GE. (FD-381, 1002, 1003 & FD-1004).

Supply and fixing in replacement of lock with new MS lock 4 lever of table office officers/ clerks steel of approved best quality with duplicate keys all as specified. (Make of Lock:- Lico/Reena or equivalent) (FD-381, 1002, 1003 & FD-1004).

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs of almirah large/medium steel with new legs made of 0.9mm thick M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL duly spray painted with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer. (FD-1031 & 1032)

Supply and fixing in replacement of lock of Almirah large/medium steel with new MS lock 4 lever of approved best quality with duplicate key for almirah Large/ medium steel all as directed by GE. (Make of Lock:- Lico/Reena) (FD-1031 & FD-1032).

All as per item No 31 here-in-before but handle mild steel CP 125mm long S Type as per sample kept in Furniture yard for almirah large/medium steel all as directed and shown on drg. (FD-1031 & FD-1032).

Supply and fixing in replacement of shelf of almirah large/medium steel, made of M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL of 0.9mm thick bend to shape and size as shown on drg. (FD-1031 & FD-1032).

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable locking device with new locking device and cover of device as per existing for almirah medium steel including re-fixing of disconnect doors with stay hook/revetting all as directed by GE. (FD-1032).

All as per Srl. Item No. 34 here-in-before but almirah large Steel. (FD-1031).

Supply and fixing in replacement of door shutter of almirah medium steel, made of M.S/CRCA sheet of make:- TATA/JINDAL/SAIL of 0.9mm thick bend to shape and size as shown on drg and directed by GE. (FD-1032).

All as per Srl. Item No. 36 here-in-before but almirah large Steel.(FD-1031).

Supply and fixing in replacement of top of table dinning ORs with new top made of 18mm thick MR Gde plywood as per IS:303 of make:- Greenply/Centuryply/ Archidply/Duro) covered with 0.8mm thick laminated sheet of make:- Greenlam/Centurylam/ Merino including 0.8mm thick PVC edge bending Tape of make:- REHAU/ Fixin pasted with probond adhesive /necessary glue alround to top of table dining Ors all as per drg and specified. (FD-165(M).

Supply and fixing in replacement of legs & stiffners of table dinning ORs with new made of 25mm square conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm of make:- Appolo / Nizon or ISI mark duly electric welding all around of pipe all as specified and shown on drg and directed by GE. (FD-165(M).

Material and labour for painting to frame of chair CB Steel with arms/without arms with synthetic enamel olive green paint including preparation of surface with rubbing with emery paper and providing 02 Nos PVC cap at top of seat frame of MS pipe and 04 Nos PVC shoes/toes with steel screw at bottom of frame of MS round pipe as specified and directed by GE. (FD-75(M).

M & L for spray painting to frame of form w/o back except seat planks with synthetic enamel paint including providing rubber shoes to legs of Form without back of all as specified and as directed by GE. (FD-77(M) & FD-1027).

All as per item No 41.00 here-in-before but form with back. (FD-78(M).

M & L for spray painting to frame of Table 900x600x760mm with/without drawers steel with synthetic enamel mettalic paint and providing rubber shoes to legs of table all as specified and as directed by GE. (FD-1007 & 1008)

All as per item No 43.00 here-in-before but Table 900x900x760mm Steel. (FD-1009).

Spray painting to Locker bed side Steel with synthetic enamel mettalic spray paint internaly and externaly portion, after removing of rusted/damage paint from paint remover and providing putty after removing denting and making good of bends surfaces if any and refixing of loose shelves with MS stay hook as required or rebitted the shelf or welded the shelf with electric welding complete all as specified and directed by GE. (FD-257 & FD-1029)

All as per item No. 45.00 but Locker bed side steel of drg No:- SKD-567

Spray painting to Almirah Medium Steel with synthetic enamel mettalic spray paint internaly and externaly portion, after removing of rusted/damage paint with paint remover and providing putty after removing denting and making good of bends surfaces if any and refixing of loose shelves with MS stay hook/revetting as required or welding, complete all as specified and directed by GE. (FD-1032)

All as per Srl. Item No. 47.00 here-in-before but Almirah Large Steel complete all as specified on drg and as directed by GE. (FD-1031).

Spray painting to table office clerk steel except top with synthetic enamel metallic paint internaly and externaly portion, after removing denting & dust, preparation of surfaces by providing putty and red oxide primer where required complete and providing 04 Nos rubber shoes ot table all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (FD-381 & 1004)

All as per Srl item 49.00 here-in-before but table office officer. (FD-1002 & 1003)

All as per Srl. Item No. 49.00 here-in-before but table dining Ors including providing of 04 Nos. rubber shoes to legs of table dining Ors. (FD-165(M).

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 36,200.00 (refer Sch of credit). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
