Taking down carefully aluminium / copper wiring / power point wiring (light, fan,call bell socket or power circuits) complete and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc including painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked with accessories surface type wiring including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet concealed mounted / on walls with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed for:- (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch/regulator .

(c) One light point controlled by two 2 way switches.

(d) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on independent board.

(e) One bell/buzzer point controlled by bell push.

(f) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on same board.

All as per Sl Item No 1.02 above but concealed wiring drawn through existing conduit:- (a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one switch/regulator.

(c) One light point controlled by two 2 way switches.

(d) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on independent board.

(e) one bell/buzzer point controlled by bell push.

(f) one 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on same board.

Point wiring complete with 2.5 Sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded with FRLS copper conductor conforming to IS 694 drawn through and incl non-metalic PVC rigid conduit medium grade, ISI marked with accessories surface type run on walls/ ceiling including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet surface mounted/ concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc., incl provision of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for re fixing of point wiring by using existing 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through existing PVC conduit fixed with saddles of suitable size including electrical connection to switches/ sockests / ceiling roses etc and refixing of existing hylem sheet with accessories over MS sheet concealed / surface mounted on walls with new cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed for :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch. NOTE:- The fittings such as switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses etc replaced will be mesasued under relevent items of the schedule for the following:-" (a) One light point controlled by one switch. (b) One fan point controlled by one switch/regulator.

All as per Sl Item No. 1.16 here-in-before but for 16 Amps socket outlet by using 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable on independent board including provn of 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated solid copper conductor as contineous earth wire. NOTE FOR SL ITEM No 1.02 to 1.20 :- (i) The earth wire for the points in the same circuit can be looped from point to point. (ii) Earth wire shall be taken inside the conduit. (iii) Cost of terminal box is deemed to be included in the item rate quoted for point wiring. (iv) Cost of a circuit of any length of cable from DB to any switch/ socket board to be included in point wiring.

NOTE:- Two runs of 6 sq.mm cable, one run of 6 sq.mm earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS grade 4 sq.mm, 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable along with one run of FRLS grade 4 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size including taking down the existing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Two runs of 6 sq.mm cable, one run of 4 sq.mm earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Sub main wiring with four runs of single core FRLS grade 6 sq.mm, 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable along with one run of FRLS grade 6 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size including taking down the existing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Four runs of 6 sq.mm cable, one run of 6 sq.mm earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to earth lead by GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts, washers made out of galvanised iron connected to main switch all as shown in elect plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -I including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, funnel, 20 mm dia light grade GI watering pipe and 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe with chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 40mm thick of size 450mm x450mm (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 10cm c/c both ways and with 6mm MS hook etc complete all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

LED Building security light fittings 25 Watts with pressure die cast housing, with secondary optics and IP 65 protection, complete with accessories all as per Bajaj Cat No : BREP 25 W LED WH or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including taking out old fittings all as specified and directed.

Bracket made out of GI tubing medium grade 25 mm bore of approx length 1.5 mtr including MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm , nuts, bolts, washers etc., applying two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer before fixing including removing the old existing GI bracket from building complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of RCBO double pole 30 mA ,240 Volts, 32 Amps 10 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and all as directed.

Replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure, 20 Amps, 240 volts with two pin earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing wooden meter box, supply and fix 3mm thick GI sheet of suitable size fixed on angle frame fitted to wall including removing and refixing of 4 Nos electric meter and DB with internal wiring beteween DB and meters with FRLS copper cable of existing size, complete with all accessories all as specified and directed.
