S&F mild steel work such as angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape hand rail straight portion , drilled and contersunk for balusters , nosing to steps, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets ( for securing chain link fencing ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling old steel work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as directed

S&F Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia., barbed with 2 mm dia., barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel pins etc., including taking down the existing wire complete as directed.

S&F in repairs Razor edge concertina coil, 750mm dia, consisting of spirals with sharp edged tape of 0.5mm thick, crimped to 2.6mm dia high tensile steel wire duly galvanized as per IS 4454 with scrapper barb having 51 spirals with 125 chips (when stretched to a length of 6 metre, weight of each coil shall be 8 to 9 Kg approximately) and fixed to MS frame work 'Y' shaped and placed at 1.5m apart and tied with GI staples/clips to retain horizontal including provision of necessary bolts, nuts etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bengal sheet metal works, Kolkota/Armstrong wire.

M&L broken glass coping 25mm thick in CM 1:3 on top of wall including demolition of old coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepration new steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof antifungal exterior paint as per manufacturers instructions over a coat of true care exterior wall primer over two coats of external birla putty 1.5mm thick each layer to level the surface and finished smooth with emery paper No.180 followed by emery paper No.320 or 400 and wipe it clean complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PU coated machine pressed precast concrete paver block of approved tint, shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-35 Grade, as in floors/pavings laid over 50 mm thick sand cushioning layer including dismantling existing floor tile of any descrption complete in all respect and all as specified. M&L Waterproofing polymer latex liquid chemical of (Armstrong roofcoat flexi 100) or Equivalent mix with cement and apply with brush as per manufacturer’s instructions and applying on RCC roof, Chajjas, Parapets, Sunken & Walls etc.
