Material and labour for drilling the holes by use of drill machine, fixing of packers with a ready to use rapid setting, water proof cement mortar Monotop-108 water plug IN of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, removal of the packers after grouting, sealing the holes by cement mortar enriched with Sika latex power of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification complete as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for pressure grouting work by use of pressure grouting machine with 2 compound epoxy based low viscous grouting liquid Sikdur 55 LP (IN) of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, through nozzle as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed.
Note for Serial Item No. 46 to 54: The work of structural rehabilitation catered under the subject work shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator under the supervision and guidance of Manufacturer of the Chemicals. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the Manufacturer of the Chemicals or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for execution of work. The MoU from authorised applicator and Manufacturer shall be obtained by the contractor to the effect that the work of structural rehabilitation has been carried out by them under their strict supervision and the same shall be submitted by the contractor to GE. The contractor shall also obtain a written guarantee for effectiveness for a period of 10 [Ten] Years from the certified date of completion of entire work from the manufacturer and submit the same to GE before claiming payment. Rate quoted is deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
Material and labour for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including provision of necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drain and like etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
