Supply and fixing of 50mm bore Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head and gun metal spindle screwed both ends and including taking down of existing unserviceable gate valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry built in CM(1:6) valve pit of internal dimension 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm including necessary earth work complete, 15mm thick plaster in CM(1:6) internally and 15cm below GL externally with mild steel angle iron frame work of size 50x50x6mm and 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover, openable through hinges of suitable size, handle and necessary locking arrangements and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new surfaces including demolition of existing unserviceable valve pit complete all as shown on drawing of CESZ No: TD/EM/06 and as directed.

Materials and labour for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc with rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) ( 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over and upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for stirrups, spacers, binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using water proofing coumpound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (WPC) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing necessary joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and every change of directions and the joints duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for use and removal of formwork to curve Edges of Concrete Flats, Treads, Breaks in Floors, Window Cills, Concrete Railings, openings in Concrete Walls, Floor and Roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC Bands in Walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying structural grade polymer bond coat of Sikadur-32 LP IN of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing & cleaning of cover of cracked/damaged concrete carefully by low impact high frequency hammer without further damaging the existing concrete including cleaning the surfaces by air jet /air compressor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of the surface by wire brushing and thoroughly cleaning the surface with dry cloth to remove all the dust and applying alkaline rust remover Rustoff 100 of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification on the the existing reinforcement followed by applying two coats of 2 component, low solvent, zink rich epoxy resin based ptotective coating and anti corrosive primer Friazinc R of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification on existing reinfrcement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for bulding up RCC beam, wall, slab profile by using polymer modified mortar system SikaLatex SBR of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification in damaged areas of concrete with epoxy motar (1 polymer of approved grade : 15 parts graded quartz sand) including application of epoxy bond coat Sikadur 32 IN of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning of RCC floor and walls with wire brush & applying bonding agent complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Applying by brush or roller a coat of 'Pidifin 2k' of M/s Dr. Fixit or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, a polymer modified cementitious seamless water proofing membrane at a rate of 1.5 Kg per square metre to all required areas, at a thickness of 500-600 microns and allow to dry for 4-6 hours. Apply second coat in the opposite direction at the same rate. After application of second coat of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k the total thickness should be 1 to 1.2 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for widening of the crack line if necessary, cleaning the same with air blower, sealing the same with solvent free 2 component, low viscosity and semi elastic liquid, based on epoxy reasons, Sika 20 crack seal/Sikadur 31 of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, mixed with dry sand to fill the same complete all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for drilling the holes by use of drill machine, fixing of packers with a ready to use rapid setting, water proof cement mortar Monotop-108 water plug IN of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, removal of the packers after grouting, sealing the holes by cement mortar enriched with Sika latex power of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification complete as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pressure grouting work by use of pressure grouting machine with 2 compound epoxy based low viscous grouting liquid Sikdur 55 LP (IN) of M/s. Sika or equivalent make as specified in Particular Specification, through nozzle as per manufacturer's instructions, as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 46 to 54: The work of structural rehabilitation catered under the subject work shall be got carried out by the authorised applicator under the supervision and guidance of Manufacturer of the Chemicals. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the Manufacturer of the Chemicals or from their accredited / authorised agencies to provide technical support, trained persons for execution of work. The MoU from authorised applicator and Manufacturer shall be obtained by the contractor to the effect that the work of structural rehabilitation has been carried out by them under their strict supervision and the same shall be submitted by the contractor to GE. The contractor shall also obtain a written guarantee for effectiveness for a period of 10 [Ten] Years from the certified date of completion of entire work from the manufacturer and submit the same to GE before claiming payment. Rate quoted is deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal and depositing the demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material and labour for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including provision of necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drain and like etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Stairs [Framed] including Stringers, Treads, Landing, Balusters, Hand Rails etc including cleats, brackets, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 1.00mm thick Plain, Black Sheet, mild steel sheeting as in in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work or masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel letter of size 12 inch height and 12 inch width in any position horizontaly/ vertically with necessary self tapping screw/ nut & bolt including necessary sealing epoxy putty for filling holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good disturbed surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
