Non-skid, coloured, ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection and providing the joints throughout the thickness, filled with mastic filling comprising bitumen 85/25 grade and sand mixture 1:3 by weight, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface/ dado, size 300x450mm/ 300x200mm, 6/7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, the shade/ colour of tiles including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab, (minimum size shall be 550x550mm), flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab, (size shall in one length), 18-20mm thick, as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete, and including laid over screed bed or back plastering layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 15-18mm thick, as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for repairs to sunken floor/ slab with the following specifications:- (a) Demolition of PCC and taking out old brick bat fillihng and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor and wall by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (b) PCC 1:2:4,type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate averaging 50mm thick as in sunken floor,with proper slope towards GI spout. The dia of GI Spuot pipe shall be 50mm Medium grade. The minimum length of Spout shall be 500mm and if any spout comes above chajja than the length of the spout shall be more than Chajja projection. Ends of Spout shall be tippered and any cutting through brick/ RCC structure shall be done by the Contractor rates are deemed to be included of this aspects. (c) providing 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement over bottom and vertical surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) Damp proof course on horizontal / Vertical surfaces with preparation & applying one coat of self priming (33% dilution) and two coats of undiluted material @ 10.67 lts per 10 sqm of Make : smart care Damp proof of M/s asian paint or equivelent for water proofing compound. (e) Graded Brick bats filling under sunken floor. (f) PCC 1:3:6,type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregate 75mm thick, over brick bats filling as in subbase to receive tiles. Note:- (i) For payment purpose only floor area shall be measured. (ii) After Coating of Water proofing compound ponding test shall be carried out by filling the sunken surface with water for 72 Hrs and get approved by Engr-in-Charge if any leakage/ seepage noticed the Contractor will re do the whole process without any extra payment.

Cutting holes in brick walls , Superficial area n exc 150 sqcm built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Grubbing up bushes , tree trunks portion not exc 30CM girth including cutting of trees/bushes grown in over wall and roofs digging out roofs and making good disturbed area of walls and roofs with PCC type C-1 , 1:3:6 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates and matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair to RCC projection chajjas , roof fascias etc by scraping , cutting, chiseling , de-rusting and cleaning of exposed reinforcement surfaces, losse RCC surface with cement concrete in M-20(1:1.5:3), type A-1, (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix and reinforcement with welded mesh had drawn steel wire fabric of weight exc 2.0Kg/Sqm but not exc 4.0Kg/Sqm cut to length and shape required and tie with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia as required, with or without fascia and finished with cement mortar15-20mm thick in 1:3 in patches area not exc 5.0 Sqm and thickness of RCC members n exc 70mm incl necessary form work and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note : 1.0 Cost of steel wire fabric of required weight and size as directed shall deem to have been included in the quoted rates. 2. Cost of necessary saftey arrangements like ladders, saftey harness, scaffolding shall also be deemed to have been included in the quoted rates.

Water proof treatment on roof top with APP (Ataxic Poly Propylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, minimum weight not less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm, 2.0mm thick, centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point, high heat resistance and cold resistivity to make it ideal for all water proofing treatment, with polymeric mix protection on both sides with 20 micron HMHDPE film, laid over one coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384, applied @0.40 Kg/ Sqm and one coat of hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, conforming to IS:702, applied @1.20Kg/ Sqm on prepared surfaces of roof, overlap should be not less than 150mm at ends and 75mm at sides, joints and overlaps uniformly bounded with LPG torch flame including applying of one coat of semi hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade, @1.20 Kg Sqm and fine screened sand in dry condition @0.50 Kg/ Sqm after laying the membrane, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of water proofing chemical shall be included in quote rate.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15mm bore pipe and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of earthing complete as per electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I with galavanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel.
