Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing rubbish from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work for fair finished surface, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape including binding with MS annealed wire of dia not less than 0.90 mm, complete, all as specified and as directed.

TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto 10mm, in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in repair for guniting work to RCC work in columns, beams, chajjas, Balconies, soffit of slabs, landings, RCC perapet wall and similar work by removing loose concrete, cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying one coat of epoxy paint to rusted Reinforcement and including S&F welded wire mesh fabric or wire not less than 95 x 95 x 3mm, adhesive plaster grade of concrete admixture non providing guniting pressure 2.00 Kgs per Sqm / 2.50 per Kgs Sqm with admixture part of cement and 3025 part of sand with a thickness of 50mm average and making the surface even and smooth including all necessary form work and applying 5mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.
