Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads/path etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ of 5 Kg/10 Sqm Carpet (2cm thick), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.06 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm rolled with power roller 10 to 12 Tonne capacity ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. .

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surface and unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) using with 5.5% of binder content (grade VG-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using self propelled mechanical paver and rolled with 8-12 tonne capacity "incl applying evenly a priming/tac coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG 10 @ 5 KG/10 Sqm on existing black top surface" after 8-12 tone capacity vibratory road roller rolled to uniform smooth surface ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory and got approved by GE before commencement of work. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen og grade VG10 @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm on existing black top for below bituminous macadam surfaces ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and Labour for premixed bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber required by using power roller 10 to 12 Tonne capacity , using binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory and got approved by GE before commencement of work ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thcikness (below and above GL) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded agrregate) as in sub base of floors, finished even and fair over well/rammed/compacted earth,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory ompaction by using plate vibrator, filling he joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and attern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complet ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including screed bed 15mm thick comple in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for cast-in-situ providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour, Cement Concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less and finishing the surface with brooming, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Fixing only cat eyes and Barricades & Trafic cones any type and any size,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Fixing only delineator any type and any size including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No.DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. .

S&F in repair retro reflective solar delinator 145mm high, 80mm dia, comprises of 4 super bright LED's which gave 360 degree viewing, solar panel-2.5V, 120mm (approx), 1.25 V rechargable battery-1 Nos made of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium body fixed on gound with block size as specified in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary excavation, earth work, removal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Stainless steel location board type Box of size 100 cm x 76 cm, made up of 50mm stainless steel tubes framing of grade Fe 304, with top board at 8 ft above ground, with letters, figures sand base of high density prismatic retro reflective tape of superior quality on both sides of the alumiunium composite pannels(ACP) 3 mm thick, including necessary excavation for potholes of size 30cm x 30cm x 60 cm deep with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sq m, N exc 50 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM,with coarse aggregate Granite,trap or Baslat of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size),spread,rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber wirh 8 to 12 tonne power roller,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. .

M&L for premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix paving bitumen laid with mechanical vibrator paver roller 8 to 12 ton power roller and compacted to reqd camber and gradient,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
