All inclusive charges for the collection and loading of small consignments received at various delivery points of carriers located within 80 KM of the project site, transportation (using vehicles arranged by the contractor) to Project site, (all required labour, supervision, vehicles, crane, tools and tackles etc., to be provided by the Contractor) All types of cargo, loose or packed including fabricated equipment, pumps, instruments, fittings, electrical items, cable drums etc.

a) General Cargo having weights up to 3000 Kg per cargo.

All inclusive charges for the collection and loading of small consignments received at various delivery points of carriers located beyound 80 KM but upto 300Km from project site, transportation (using vehicles arranged by the contractor) to Project site, (all required labour, supervision, vehicles, crane, tools and tackles etc., to be provided by the Contractor) All types of cargo, loose or packed including fabricated equipment, pumps, instruments, fittings, electrical items, cable drums etc.

a) General Cargo having weights up to 3000 Kg per cargo.

All inclusive charges for co-ordination with the local offices of the Carriers located within 80 KM from project site, completion of all documentation formalities like surrendering the consignee copy of L.R., submission of indemnity bond / undertaking letter, arranging for payment of freight etc and follow-up with the Carrier for door delivery of the consignment at the project site. ( THIS IS APPLICABLE FOR CONSIGNMENTS SENT ON TO-PAY BASIS AND DESPATCHED ON DOOR DELIVERY BASIS ).

a) General Cargo having weights up to 3000 Kg per cargo.

All inclusive charges for unloading from vehicles directly arriving at Project site from the Consignors / material colleceted and transported by the contractor from various delevary points and brought to site, carrying out other activities as detailed in the Special Consditions of Contract and seggregating/stacking as per the directions of Consultant's Ware House In Charge (with all required labour, supervision,tools an tackles etc., to be provided by the contrator).Items to be unloaded either in warehouse or directly at Plant as required. (Crane will be providede by client ) Scope of work also includes charges for gas cutting of tack weldings on trucks / trailers (that are provided to secure the consignments during transport) to release the consignments before unloading of the same. Rate includes cost of gas consumables, gas cutting equipment, operator, labour, supervision,tools and tackles etc

All inclusive charges for shifting of consignments / materials / items from one place to another within the project area including transportation, loading, unloading and stacking with all required labour, supervision, vehicles, tools and tackles etc., to be provided by the contractor.with in a radius of 10 kms

a) By trailer including loading / unloading with consignments having weights above 10 MT

All inclusive charges per calender month for providing of labour, equipment, tools, tackles, supervisors etc. for handling miscellaneous day to day activities at site as per intimation of EIC by giving 15 days written notice.

Telescopic Tyre Mounted Crane or Pick & carry Crane ( FARANA Crane) of 23 Metric Ton capacity with fuel/operator /spare parts/technicians and maintenance etc.

Supply of PMI machine with operator and other necessory accessories as per site reqirement for required piping materials upon receipt at stores. On machin day basis. Carry out the PMI(Positive material identification) with Hand held PMI analyser, qualified and experienced NDT / PMI Technician approved by EIC, documentation with required tools for the CS (Note-1)/SS/Alloy piping materials as per instruction of EIC .This item will be operated as per instruction of EIC . One machine day will be Shift of 12 hours”.

Supply of Inert gas (Industrial Nitrogen Gas Cylinder, Capacity: 47 kg) including all tools/tackles, labour for charging/purging of equipment (for preservation). Empty cylinder will be returned to contractor after use. Measurement will be based on consumption of full cylinder.

General cleaning including providing necessary manpower and all consumables like Broom brush, soap, liquid soap, plastic bucket, mug Harpic cleaner, sanifresh etc. for ware house and site toilet adjacent to warehouse (as per attached drawing in the tender) as per instructions of Engineer-in- Charge. ( Separate manopower to be considered for this activity )
