(A) LAYING OF 132/33kV ,80 MVA 3 phase POWER TRANSFORMER FOUNDATION.

Dismantling of existing 50MVA Transformer foundatioin of M10 or Richer mix
Supply, Design, Engineering, Inspection, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Below given Equipment/ Machinery/items inclusive of all Taxes, duties, Insurance / Frieght, packing, Forwarding complete in all respects.
PART A (SUPPLY OF MATERIAL)
Supply, Design, Engineering, Manufacture & assembly of 3-Phase, 132/33KV 80MVA,Power Transformer with Transformer oil, OLTC, SCADA, Compitable RTCC, NIFPES, HV and LV connectors and other required accessories and fittings, necessary / Mandatory Spares with online DGA moniteroring kit and online dehydration kit as per Technical specifications (current density for HV/LV not more than 2.4 A / sqmm. core flux density not more than 1.5T) including Tn P and complete with all fittings and accessories required for efficient and trouble free operations of the transformer, testing at manufacturer’s and customer’s premises, loading at factory, delivery & unloading at site, unloading, handling complete in all respects.
1100 V, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, FRLS, galvanised steel wire/ strip armoured stranded copper conductor power and control cable complete as per specification.

Single Tension Fittings For Single 500mm2 ACSR shall have minimum failing load of 100% ultimate strength of Bundle conductors with compressive type Tension clamps having slipping strength 95% of ultimate Strength of conductors. The ball and socket designation must be 20mm. Minimum Ultimate strength (Tensile strength) shall be 70 KN.
Single Tension Fittings For Twin 500 mm2 ACSR shall have minimum failing load of 100% ultimate strength of Bundle conductors with compressive type Tension clamps having slipping strength 95% of ultimate Strength of conductors. The ball and socket designation must be 20mm. Minimum Ultimate strength (Tensile strength) shall be 70 KN.
Disc Insulators 120 KN,Ball & Socket type, 145mm height and 280mm dia. Creepage total 430 mm and 260 mm protected.
