Providing material and labour for fixing G.I. hexagonal chickenmesh of size 20mm x 20mm of 22 gauge at junction of concrete and brick work or between different materials after making "V" grove between two different material surface and filled with rich cement mortar and @ 100mm on each side of surfaces including necessary "U" nails/ screws/ washers with cleats for fixing, overlaps, curing, scaffolding etc complete for all floors/ all levels/ all heights/ all shapes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 20 mm thick double coat mala cement plaster on interior brick / concrete work for plastering comprising of base coat of 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) in rough finishing and 8 mm thick top coat of cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand) finished with trovel including scaffolding curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position Ready Mixed M-250 grade concrete for reinforced cement conctere work , using cement content as per approved Design Mix manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for a lead up to 10 kms having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. Without Fly Ash (Min cement level as per latest IS 456 shall be maintained) (Cement level 450 kg )

Providing TMT Bar FE 500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level

Chemical Anchor: Providing material and labour for Drilling/ Cleaning hole and injecting grouting chemical with the help of dispenser, into a hole of dia 12mm and depth 180mm as per manufacturer/ structural consultant's specification and fixing rebar of the required diameter subsequently. Fixing methodology shall be followed as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Steel will be paid under relevant item. Manufacture to submit Rebar Depth Calculation based on design loads & other parameters as provided by consultant and in accordance with EOTA-TR-023/029 “guidelines for post installed rebar connections” for approval. Rate shall be inclusive of all material, labour, necessary scaffolding etc complete for all floors, all height as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick polished Granite stone slabs of any shade (uniform), any size and any shape in cladding, dado and pillars laid in any pattern over any type of levelled surface, fixed with minimum 6mm thick stone fixing adhesive as per IS-15477 of approved make and jointed with groove or without groove with grey/ white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing, curing, finishing, cleaning, protection, scaffolding, wastage and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Exposed edge of granite stone shall be with pencil cornered and polished same as slab. Rate shall be inclusive of granite (as per approved sample), adhesive for fixing, cement slurry, matching pigment, all labour etc. all complete but excluding cement mortar plaster/ backing coat and filling with epoxy grout which shall be payable under relevant item.
