Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam(WBM), with coarse aggregates (Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 2.00 above but using serviceable material (road metal) obtain from scarifying or picking of gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam(Item No. 1.00).

M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mix laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness more than 75 mm) including preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqmcomplete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Bitumen macadam will be laid with mechanical paver. (ii) Bitumen macadam shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall be quote his rates considering the bitumen contents as 4%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted as per proposonate rate given in SSR Part-ll (2020) per Kg of binder but variation on plus side shall not be paid extra.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 10kg per 10 sqm over WBM surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweepijng with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen grade 10 Pack (VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying retroreflected thermoplastic road marking paint upto 10cm wide in road edges with 2.50 mm or more thickness, applied using mechanically propelled vehicle consisting heated hopper mounted on a pram, which feeds hot molten thermoplastic under gravity to a retangular screed with a gate at the base whose opening is set to produce the thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered / stopped ends etc all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6), type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premixed carpet with 0.54 Cu.m per 10 sqm of stone chipping and mixed with 29.20 kg per 10 sqm of binder using paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) laid and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller and compacted to required camber and gradient to a smooth uniform surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed sand seal coat by applying paving bitumen grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 6.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinded with sand @ 0.06 cum per 10 Sqm applied and rolled to a uniformed smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

S&F of solar delineator (1000 x 47 mm ) made up of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body, height-145 cm, dia-80 mm comprises 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing, solar panel - 2.05 volt, 120 mm (approx), 1.25 volt rechargeable battery - 01 Nos, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size of block 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, under groung cables etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete(1:4:8), type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base, sub-floors, floors, pavings etc, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.
