GENP-02/2021-22 REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWER LINES, MANHOLES ETC IN OLD PINTO PARK, NEW PINTO PARK, 1AFSR, AFSC AND CWE OFFICE COMPLEX UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT-10

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage line between manholes of various sizes by any means using Kambore NM (01 No), Kamgarb 5 Ltr( 01 No), Kambore 1075 (01 No), Retriever 150 including removing rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (a) The rates quoted in the above item includes the Cost of T&P like Kambore NM (01 No), Kamgarb 5 Ltr (01 No) & Retriever 150 etc complete. (b) The lines measured once can not measured again within three months. If block in the same lines re-occure within three months, the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this. (c) Minimum two safaiwala/persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. (d) In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (e) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R-II, AF Station Palam within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of IWC/EWC, WHB, Bottle trap, Floor trap/Nahani trap, gully trap, soil/waste pipes upto first manhole of building etc complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 metre depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position from site to outside the MoD land complete all as specified.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but exceeding 1mtr and not exceeding 2 mtr in depth.

Excavating in trenches n exc1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc nexc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

All as per Item No 6 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3 mtr.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil.

Removing excavated materials/ soil to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 200m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete for internal dia of pipe 150mm and removal of demolished materails from site to out of MoD land complete.

All as per item No.10 here-in-before but for bore of pipe 200mm.

Material and Labour for Concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200 mm.

Material and Labour for 150 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP-3, laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified..

All as per item No. 14 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200mm.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 70 mm thick factory made SFRC man hole cover of size 600mm dia with frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 70 mm thick factory made SFRC manhole cover of size 600mm x 600mm with frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 40 mm thick factory made SFRC cover of size 450mm x 450mm with frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs, 70 mm thick factory made SFRC cover of size 1200mm x 600mm with frame and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 70 mm thick factory made SFRC drain cover of size 900mm x 600mm laid over existing drain complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only Integral Water Proofing compound.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as benching and channel of drain/ manlole etc.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement complete . Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
