Supply and installation of self drilling Anchors (32 mm dia, yield strength-500 N/Sqmm) including grouting for full length of the drilled hole, all anchor bars, nuts base plate, sacrificial drill bits complete all as specified and as directed and as shown on drawings.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m including raising of surplus soil, and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 3.0 m above the starting point including returning & compacting with using surface/plate Vibrator/hand rollar, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming as back filling of Gabion wall in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soil complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Excaveted earth as approved by GE only shall be used as back filling. (ii) The roller /compacting equipments will be approved by GE.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Bringing approved earth (as approved by Garrison Engineer) from sources outside defence land including all cost such as royalty if any, transportation, taxes etc. for area filling/ forming embankments including raising (any height from EGL)/lowering by approved earth and including raising earth spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick each layer, watering, compaction with using surface/plate vibrator/hand roller and finished to required size and shape etc, any high/depth from EGL. Notes : (i) Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor, from out side MOD land of any lead, at his own arrangement. (ii) All cost of procurement of earth including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) With reference to clause 3.6 of MES schedule Part-II on serial page No.21 it is clarified that measurement of the above item shall be of finished embankment/traverse of filled earth after consolidation/ compaction and 5% deduction shall be made from measured and calculated volume to allow for increase in bulk. (iv) Total quantity / partial quantity of earth may not be available in Leimakhong or Imphal area. The contractor shall bring the earth outside area and it is advised to quoted the rate considering availability of soil and its lead involved. (v) The roller /compacting equipments will be approved by GE.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone set pavings/stone boulders pitching laid beded and pointed in any mortar and of any description or thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrtete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 Design Mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 Design Mix Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for high strength steel deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips and conforming to grade Fe 500D complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and Waste of formwork to sides of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and Waste of formwork faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter in plan surface for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No -30 above, but except bricks. Note:- Old servicable bricks obtained from demolition under Srl Item No. 20 above shall be used.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished with fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished with fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation new surfaces of plastered or unplastered on walls applying two coats of weather proof acrylic based exterior emulsion, over a coat of acrylic primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, fair finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequred Cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, rubber pressed glossy type; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished including screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Granite 16-18 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of stainless steel tube Gde-304, 1.02mm thick/ or of thickness as decided as in balusters, railing pipe including base plate connecting pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 600 mm high stainless steel letter (Having width & depth of each line of every letter shall not less than 50mm and thickness of sheet used shall be minimum 1.0mm thick) with drilling and fixing in wall as per direction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed.
