(A) Tube well Station Bedian: Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of two nos. submersible pump sets of ISI marked reputed make as per IS 8034 having specifications 3500 GPH x 70Mtrs. Head along with allied works at Tube Well Bedian, Samba.

LT Control Panel, Voltage Stabilizer and allied electro-mechanical works: - Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel with built in fault analyzer suitable for running 15 HP submersible motor at Tube Well Bedian. Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 30 KVA, 3 phase, copper wound, unbalanced type, oil cooled servo voltage stabilizer with operating voltage of 320-480 Volts and operating frequency of 47-53 Hz conforming to relevant IS codes and IEC guidelines.

(B) Dug well Bedian : Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of one no. HC pump set as per various specifications of IS 1520 having specifications 5000 GPH x 200 Mtrs. Head along with allied works at Dug Well Bedian.

CDesign, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of two nos. LT control panels with built in fault analyzer suitable for operation of two no. 50 HP HC pump sets (one new and one old). Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA, 3 phase, copper wound, unbalanced type, oil cooled manual voltage stabilizer with operating voltage of 320-480 Volts and operating frequency of 47-53 Hz conforming to relevant IS codes and IEC guidelines. Up gradation of 100 KVA electric sub-station. Indoor and outdoor electrification of pump room.

Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of two no. mono submersible pump sets of ISI marked reputed make as per IS 8034having specifications 3000 GPH x 30 Mtrs. Head along with allied works at Dug Well Bedian, Samba. Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control panel with built in fault analyzer suitable for running 10 HP mono submersible motor. Indoor and outdoor electrification of pump room.

(C)Tube well station Penthi old : Providing, installation, testing & commissioning of HC pump set as per various specification of IS 1520 having specifications 10000 GPH x 150 Mtrs. Head coupled with low-speed induction motor along with allied works at Tube Well Penthi Old.

Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of two no. LT control panels with built in fault analyzer suitable for running 70 HP motors at Tube Well Penthi Old (one new and one existing) along with allied electro-mechanical works.

Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of two no. submersible pump sets having specifications 5000 GPH x 60 Mtrs. Head of ISI marked reputed make as per IS 8034 along with allied works at Tube Well Penthi Old, Samba. Upgradation of 100 KVA electric sub-station. Indoor and outdoor electrification of pump room.

(D) Tube well station Penthi New :Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of two no. submersible pump set having specifications 5000 GPH x 60 Mtrs. Head of ISI marked reputed make as per IS 8034 along with allied works at Tube Well Penthi Old, Samba. Upgradation of 100 KVA electric sub-station. Indoor and outdoor electrification of pump room.

(E) Tool Kit: Providing of ISI marked tool kit complete with heavy duty 400 Amp compact Arc welding set along with two holders and 50 mtrs. of copper wires of appropriate rating, heavy-duty hand-held drill, angle grinder,bearing puller, adjustable wrench, hammers, variety of screw drivers, pliers, socket wrenches, files, open ended and ring spanners, allen keys, multimeter, four pair of safety gloves,one no. 12.5 ft aluminium telescopic ladder, 2 pair of safety shoes for maintenance of installed pumping machinery.

Providing of one no. small steel almirah with lock and key mechanism each at Dug Well Bedian, Tube Well Panthi Old and Tube Well Panthi New which should be properly fixed with the walls using anchor bolts. The almirahs should be provided with 5 kg grease, 2 pairs of bearings for pump and motor of both DE and NDE sides, 24 nos. coupling bolts and 2 kg gland packing as per site requirement, 1 no. and telescopic hot stick 7 Mtrs. for dismantling and installation of 11 KV fuses.
