Cleaning of sewage line/ manholes blockages (including WC, Urinal, Kitchen and bathrooms) systematically using necessary toos mechanical pump and/ or manually such as by rodding, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure gas etc) flushing with water the pipe until water clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage/ roots of tree etc including all water effluences etc and removing all materials from ourside MD land and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply of sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of 100 to 150 mm bore blocked Sewage lines in any depth by pressure Jet by using mechnical/ hydrulic pressure using Vehicle type hydrulic methods or mordern methods from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eye or cleaning eye to clean eye untill the smooth flow of sewage line is restored including taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluences etc refixing man hole cover and removing all materials from site of work upto a outside MD land and depositing in excavated earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but for 200 mm bore sewage line. Note for item No 6 to 9: .Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed vehicle.

Cleaning of septic tank, filter bed/ soakage well and inspection chambers of any size and depth not exceeding 1.5Mts deep, getting out sludge (solid/semisolid), bailing out water by mechnical equipement or manual and other accumulated materials complete, washing with the water and disposal of sludge to distance outside MOD land complete all as directed. Note : Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.

All same as per item No 4 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 Mts but not exceeding 3 Mts -do- Notes for BOQ item Nos 1 to 5 : (i). These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. (ii)Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed veichle. (iii). The repairs can be under taken as and when required basis accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Engr-In- charge . (iv) Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.(v).One Supervisior alongwith Four Conservency staff to be detailed to report daily at Complaint cell of ASC &College and Vannarpet/Domlur Complaint Cell to collect complain slip from Complaint Cell and returned back the same after completed the work daily. (i) 03 conservency staff for ASC North, 70 Maj Accn , 100 ORs , 598 ORs JBC & Old Domlur Md Accns.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork , precast concrrete block walling or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etcand removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any location (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed.

Dismantling of post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good the disturbed ground complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm internal dia drain pipes (PVC, cast iron, Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including removal and deositing of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

All as per item No.12 here-in-above but 200 mm bore pipe.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance exceeding 500 m and making good surface.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of cables , stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 mts but not exceeding 500 Mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1 :3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel of drains benching finished the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1 : 4 complete all as directed (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All same as per item No 21 here-in-above but except blocks -do-

Providing plane ce ment concrete Type B1 1:2 :4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

M & L for Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete , using extra cement , including forms, moulds , mitered stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO , Acco Proof , Impermo , Aqua flex as approved.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in hard rails , winds ties post and structs in fencing screwed or welded to shaped as directed , including all necessary drilling ,bolting or welding etc, and similar work confroming Fe-290 Gde-E-165.

Supply only MS galvanized chain link fencing (120 to 140 gms) 4mm dia and 75mm spacing and weighing not less than 2.75 kg/sqm diagonally pinned including line wire rails, straining bolts and provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Make : M/s Sachin , TATA or any approved make as approved..

Fixing only diagonally pinned fencing wire including line wire, any mesh size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 40cm x 40cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed (Note : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and no pigment laid over & including 50mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of sand cushoining).

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction , and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

M & L for DWCPE(SN4) pipes nominal dia 172.50 (OD)/148.50(ID) mm diameter Pipes) laid on any depth of trenches including jointing/cutting as required length pipes with jointing with socket/spigoht with elastomeric sealing as per manufactutrers instruction to make the sewer line functional including testeong on completion to entrire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Make: Supreme pipes or equivalent as approved.
