Material and Labour for cleaning the surface of Runway with mechnical means and air compressor, compete as per manufacturer,s recommendations making the surface free from dust and applying with and including two coats ( interval between two coats 4 to 5 hours) of polymer modified bitumen emulsion @ 0.50 Ltr/Sqm by diluted in the ratio 1:1 (PME 0.25 lit and Water 0.25 ltr in each coat) or as per manufacturer's" instruction complete through authorised applicator by spraying with mechanical sprayer complete and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as per manufacturer's" instructions or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. . Note:- 1. Contractor must ensure and arrange necessary material to protect the painting lines, Runway lights on the Runway from the PME.
