Carrying out service and maintenenace to the DG set of capacity 100 to 160 KVA by draining out the exisitng old engine oil from the engine of DG Set and refilling engine oil, replacing engine oil filter elements, fuel elements, and carry out complete checkup and replace (labour only) if necessary in lubricating system, cooling systems, air intake systems, fuel systems, exhaust systems, DC electrical systems, tightening bolts and nuts in engine and alternator related systems etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of DG Set :- Kirloskar / Cummins / Ashok leyland / Mahindra

All as per item No 1 above but for DG set of capacity upto 63 KVA.

Note: Item NO 1&2 All materials required for replacement shall be measured and paid under separate items.

Repairs to Kirloskar Make Engine RB 44 /RB 33 (Labour only) by dismantling the cylinder head after disconnectiong fuel connections, taking down and replacing the worn out/unserviceable parts, assembling the cylinder head after serviceing the cylinder head incluiding replacement of all gaskets, 'O' rings etc complete, incluiding necessary machining work and testing the engine for satisfactory fuctioning all as specified and directed. Note: Spare for engine shall be measured and paid under seperate items.

Supply only the following spare parts during servicing of Kirloskar make engine model RB 44/ RB 33.

Liner, Piston and Piston rings complete for one cylinder.

Complete Packing kit for serviceing the engine.

Complete 'O' ring kit for for serviceing the engine.

Connecting rod bearing

Taking down the unserviceable solar hot water storage tank of capacity 500 LPD and replacing with new solar hot water storage tank made of stainless steel SS 304 of thickness 18 SWG insulated with rock wool 100 mm thick and covered with aluminium sheet of thick 26 SWG and fixing on existing stand complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable solar hot water storage tank of capacity 200 LPD and replacing with new solar hot water storage tank made of stainless steel SS 304 of thickness 18 SWG insulated with rock wool 100 mm thick and covered with aluminium sheet of thick 26 SWG and fixing on existing stand complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the broken Solar collector glass from the panel, cleaning the panel completely, supply and fix new solar collector toughened glass suitable for withstanding temp 2000 to2500 C of size 2 mtr x 1 mtr, thickness 4 mm including rubber bedding & screws, testing for proper functioning all as directed.

Material and labour for carrying out complete servicing to solar water heating system of 200 LPD (set of 4 Nos solar panels) by dismantling the system pipelines, solar collectors and solar tank, cleaning/flushing the solar collectors and removing blockages with chemicals, cleaning of solar hot water storage tank by draining out the storage water untill clear water comes out and cleaning the solar collector glasses etc, including fixing back the solar panel, storage tank to its position and connecting up all electrical lines and water pipe lines and testing solar water heating system completely for satisfactory functioning etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for carrying out complete servicing to solar water heating system of 500 LPD (set of 4 Nos solar panels) by dismantling the system pipelines, solar collectors and solar tank, cleaning/flushing the solar collectors and removing blockages with chemicals, cleaning of solar hot water storage tank by draining out the storage water untill clear water comes out and cleaning the solar collector glasses etc, including fixing back the solar panel, storage tank to its position and connecting up all electrical lines and water pipe lines and testing solar water heating system completely for satisfactory functioning etc., all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix including takingdown the unserviceable water heater collector unit (FPC)(copper absorber riser) from the solar hot water storage tank unit and replacing with new water heater collector (FPC), suitable for working temperature of 30 to 90 degree Celcius incluiding necessary connection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix including takingdown the unserviceable solar water heater hose and replacing with new solar water heater hose EPDM-HOT 1" X 1 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix including takingdown the unserviceable solar water heater(FPC) Brass flange and replacing with new Brass flange complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix including takingdown the unserviceable solar water heater (FPC) flange gasket and replacing with new gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix including takingdown the unserviceable thermostat For solar water heater complete all as specified and as directed.
