REPAIR AND MAINT OF CEILING FAN AND EXHAUST FAN UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

Supply only following spares :-

Fan condenser, 2.5 Mfd, 240 volts for ceiling/exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fan condenser, 3.15 Mfd, 240 volts for exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fan condenser, 4 Mfd, 240 volts for exhaust fan including PVC clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fan regulator electronic Modular step type, 120 watts, 1 module/ 2 Module complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing sheet 120 watts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rubber reel insulator, 3 Nos nut bolt , washer and lock pin complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ceiling fan blade 1200 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Exhaust fan blade up to 380 mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ceiling fan hook for fixing fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- Rate quoted by the Contractor shall deemed to inclusive of chipping of RCC slab for exposing reinforcement for insertion & taying of fan hook and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing specification.

Ceiling fan downrod suitable size upto 03 fit with GI Hook as per requirement of site of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down ceiling fan / Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan/Air circulator fan of any sweep, sealing cable ends including dismantling fan blades and removing fan and blades to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix ball bearing suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep including taking down existing unserviceable ball bearing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans up to 450mm size including taking down existing unserviceable ball bearing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix brass/ gun metal bush suitable for fan any size including taking down existing unserviceable bush of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for rewinding of fan of any size with supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge including varnishing and drying including reassembling & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge for the following:-

(a) Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm Sweep

(b) Exhaust Fan 250/300/380 mm

(c) Exhaust Fan 400/450 mm

(d) Wall mounted fan 450 mm Sweep

(e) Air circulator 600 mm sweep

M&L for preparation of ceiling fan/exhaust fan in situ and applying painting by using mechanical sprayer as per existing colour with synthetic enamel paint including filling cavity with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hanging/Fixing only ceiling fan / Exhaust fan/Wall mounting fan/Air circulator fan and connecting up including provn of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Extra cable where required shall measured and paid under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Fans obtained after re-winding shall be used for fixing/ hanging.

Supply & Fix 3 Core PVC insulated and sheathed cable with copper conductor of size 40/0.076. and including taking down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan PVC body suitable for PVC Exhaust fan of 250 mm sweep including taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix exhaust fan PVC body suitable for PVC Exhaust fan of 200 mm sweep including taking down existing unserviceable exhaust fan body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of top and bottom PVC canopies with colour matching with the existing ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Attending the complaints of non functional of ceiling fan /exhaust fan /wall fan /air circulated fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceiling fan /exhaust fan /wall fan / air circulated fan with out taking down all as specified and directed. Any accessories found unserviceable shall be replaced with respectives spares parts. Supplied at under Srl item No. 01 (1.01) to (1.10) and making fan servicable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note :-The quoted rates shall deemed to be included for the following :(a) As the above work is required to be carried out for rectifying day to day E/M nature compliants, the following term and conditions shall be applied. (b) The contractor shall have to employee adequote manpower not less than 01 Electrician & 01 helper to attend the complaints to rectify all the complaints/defects received on same day.(c) A creadit rep of contractor shall report daily at service centre to concern JE E/M or Engr -in- Charge and receive job card/complaint slip for repair/replace the items on same day failing which the panalty shall be imposed and recovered as under :- (i) Non reporting of trademen : 300/- per elect /day & Helper 200/- per helper per day (ii) Non attending the complaints to with in 48 hrs 30/- per complaints per day shall be recovered.(b) The contractor shall depute adequate trademan/ helper to repair/ replacement of u/s parts and attending the day to day complaints received from user on daily basis but not less than 01 Electrician and 01 helper per day.
