Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type WC Pan) with 100mm sand cast iron P or S trap, 10 ltr low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe with manually controlled device conforming IS 7231 with all fittings and fixtures complete.

CIB (citizen information Board ) size 4'00"x5'00"x0'9" (above plinth level) with tepered top having 20 degree slope in Brick Masonary(1:4) including plaster , paint, lettering and logos as per instruction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material. ( complete job)
