Petty repairs to wooden joinery works such as Resecuring or easing and adjusting of doors, tower bolts, handles, windows kitchen cabinets in any size, refixing hinges etc by providing glue nails and screws to the satisfaction of user and rectifying other misc minor carpentary works assigned by the Engineer In charge. (Note : Replacement of builders hardware if required will be provided by the department .) Note item No 1 and 2 : (a) Rep of contractor will collect details of complint from departmant. The contractor will be alloted complaint on daily basis and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit suitable penalties as mentioned in relavant clause of Contract. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/ non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with Engr-in-Charge or JE detailed by him. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangment for emergent complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond state time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The quoted rated deems to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered NAD Colony and NAD Depot and Jetty area under GE(NW) Mankhurd. (e) The contractor will maintain suitable inventories and range of spares required to meet the complaints as same will be reviewed peridically by Engr-in-charge to streamline complaints disposal system.

All as per NO.1 abouve but Petty repairs to plumbing/internal water supply works such as repair to leaking bib taps, pillar taps, mixers stop cocks by tightening and providing spindle,washer repairs to float valves, low leveled cistern to the satisfaction of user as assigned by the Engineer In Charge.

M & L Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:6, finished the surface even and smooth with sagol finish including all necessary scaffolding as required incl taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surfaceslaid in two layers, Ist layer 15mm thick and finishing layer 5mm thick mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement content of finishing layer finished fair and even without using extra cement, including all necessary scaffolding/staging as required including preparation of old surfaces in patches for repairs at any places outside the bldg including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.(The work will be in carried out in patches as directed)

Labour for cleaning /cleaning of blockage of manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines in the area of the NAD Colony, NAD Depot area under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: a) The labour 03 nos (NAD Colony-02 and NAD Depot-01) will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days including Sundays and holidays at online complaint cell centre and attend complaints till 1645 hrs given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost .Labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines (any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates. In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaints including removal of sludge from the site outside MOD land to a distance not exc 5km (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge.

Opening cover of septic tank, of size 5 - 10 Sqm area dewatering and taking out night sludge etc from septic tank and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position all as directed. Note: All T&P and transportation for carrying sludge including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Cleaning manhole of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage (incl. all water etc) from inside of manhole of depth not exceeding 1.5 m and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing in trenches including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 cm including all earth work, returning filling, removal of surplus soil & necessary temporary cleaning as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes (i) The aforesaid treatment shall be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the manufacturer(s) and also necessary authenticated documents on account of above shall be submitted by the contractor to the GE.
