M & L well cap in replacement with housing clamp for upto 300 mm dia bore pipe in two pieces having 80 mm dia hole in centre with external braket of flat iron of size 100X6 mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers etc including welding painting etc including taking down old unserviceable well cap and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for cauclking in leaking of wool lead joints upto 80mm bore pipes, including excavation, lead and spun required for the same and making good surface to existing and dressing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge less than 1,00,000 Glns capacity.

Surface dressing in hard/dense soil,not exceeding 15cm deep for cleaning the area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegetation growth in and around the area oh installation/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipeline routes if reqd etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement of insulated rubber chequered sheet of size 2.00 x 1.00 mtr not less than 19mm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of CI NRV of 80mm bore both end flanged with necessary packing materials nut, bolt & washer of suitable size PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make upto 30 to50 HP from electric mains by isolating the naked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, dis-couple from pump etc opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carry out minor repairs at site re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position re-connecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers if necessiates of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Replacement of parts included this item. (b) In case of repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to contractor’s wksp and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site included in the item rates. (c) Replacement of windings, Shaft and bearings to be measured separately.

All as per item No.65 above but capacity upto 5HP of any type & size.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity up to 30 to50 HP (defective motor taken out in item No. 78 above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity up to 40 to 50 HP, 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 67 here in before but upto 5 HP, three phase, of any type & size.

Disconnecting electric connections from starter, disconnecting the water connections carefully by unscrewing the nuts, bolts and taking out the submersible pump set from the well including column pipes, and submersible cable, disconnecting the pump and motor opening the pump and motor to locate the faults in presence of Engineer-in-Charge, and carry out necessary repairs as directed including transporting to workshop, re-assembling the same after repair, taking down to the well, including column pipe of any dia, 10 ft long, and submersible cable, which have been taken out, re-connecting all electrical and water connections as per existing complete testing and commissioning including new packing materials, nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size all as specified and as directed.Note :- (a) Replacement of parts included this item. (b) In case of repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to contractor’s wksp and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site included in the item rates.
