M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous white brown or insulator working under 1100 volts grade, pressure of height 75 mm & 90mm dia insulators, dia of bolt 12mm, section of straps 31 x 3mm, washers, nuts complete all as specified and directed

Taking down U/S stay assy and M&L for stay assy comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm ling 20mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40cm lingh with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm of suitable length, loop insulation size 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm & other accessories including excavation earth work & PCC work complete all as per SSR Pt-1 plate No-1 complete all as specified and directed. Note : MS clamps will be measured & paid separately in respected items.

M&L for cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, undergrowth, roots and trees up to 50 cm girth from the area surrounding of E/M installations, under HT&LT over head lines, 4/2 pole structures, transforemer, installations, yards, surrounding valve chamers and removing the rubbish upto a distance 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area under clearance and dressing the area etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for mild steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire of size 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repalcement of existing any type or any size aluminium conductor, steel reinforced including binding wire and jumper connect with PG clamp made out of aluminium alloy accodring to IS-617 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of existing PCC/Steel pole with new steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including re-fixing of removed accessoreis such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, MS work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC work type D-2 (1:4:8) with 40mm graded aggregate for foundation to poles / stays/ strutus or basements etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully old unserviceable security light fittings from pole/wall and S & F in replacement of security light fittings suitable for LED 60 watt with lens including making electrical connection with suitable size of cable complete all as specified and directed

Repairing/ Maint of LT over head lines and routine maintenance of electric supply/ current leakage / Under ground LT cables , servey for vegitation grought over and around of LT OH lines, Repair / Maintenance of LT feeder piller boxes , incl MCCBs / Timer switch , protection devices . electrical accessories in day to day maintenance and making it serviceable in all respect with all replacement of any major part but including small length of wires (not more than 50cm) adhesive cable and other connected major accessories. Work shall also include to check & removal of Vegitetion etc .Note:- (a) Contractors representative incl 01 x Electrician and 01x Mazdoor will report to Engr-in-charge/ JE E/M (Ext Elect) daily at forenoon and afternoon to collect routine/urgent works related to Ext Elecctric supply till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. (b) The contractor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, Jumpers , insulators , nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requiste T&P and Mobile phone to his trades man. (c) All routine/urgent jobs recived on job slip will be repaired & got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE E/M with in 24hrs.

Supply and spreading graded stone aggregate of size 40 mm at electrical outdoor installation yard 11/33 KV Substations / Near DP / FP structures etc including leveling of uneven surface, removing vegetation, grass etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Soil re-filling and compoacting at place of dismanting of existing poles will be done by the contractor and cost of the sanme is deemed to be included in quote rate.

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable capacitor switching unit capcitor duty contactor consisting of mounting block and contactors, for switching capacitors, suitable to be installed directly on 3 pole, 9 to 40 A contactors all as per existing type suitable for APFC panels, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz system of any capapcity complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable capacitor switching unit capcitor duty contactor consisting of mounting block and contactors, for switching capacitors, suitable to be installed directly on 3 pole, 50 to 65 A contactors all as per existing type suitable for APFC panels, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz system of any capapcity complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable three pole MCB 32 Amp all as per existing make suitable for APFC panels, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz sysytem of any capapcity complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for prunning of tree branches of any sizes and dia, not less than 2 Mtr around the LT / HT OH line which obstructing the power supply/ maintenance of electric supply as well as street light illumination area including repair of damage broken ACSR conductor, GI wire and jumpers and disposed exc 50 mtr away clearing area and testing of line, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Span length is aproximate 40 to 50m. (ii) Rate quoted are inclusive of repair to damage work in item.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable/ damaged PVC jumper for HT/LT of any size and length to transformer or pole for making connection, complete all as specified and directed.
