M&L sub base 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 80 mm thickness, M- 40 grade with grey cement and pigment including 40 mm thick sand cushioning layer all as directed and specified

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M- 35 grade with grey cement and pigment including 40 mm thick sand cushioning layer all as directed and specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching/cooping and sub base all as directed and specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished top surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including necessary expansion joint filling with bitumen at a certain distance all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted brick or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of floor coat emulsion paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered, brick or concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of floor coat emulsion paint over a coat priming paints all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, windows, balcony in ground floor, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde -E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed and specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.50 m in depth for foundation, drain pipes, sewage lines and getting out in soft loose soil all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (SGSW, AC or RCC, CI ) of internal dia 75/110 mm, set in cement mortar all as directed and specified.

M&L 300 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed with CM (1:1) all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to 300 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after pipe laid and tested all as specified and directed.

M&L 450 mm bore (internal dia of pipe) reinforced concrete pipes, Class NP3 laid in trenches and jointed in CM (1:1) all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to 450 mm bore drain pipe including packing under and completely surrounidng pipes with concrete after pipe laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil and deposited out of MD land.up to a distance of 15 km all as directed and specified.

S&F in repairs factory made precast RCC drain cover of size 900x 600x75 mm thick and fixed to drain in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs factory made precast RCC drain cover of size 600x450x50 mm thick and fixed to drain in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and separating scrap and cleaning of reinforcement and removing debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of open drain or covered drains/culverts including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI/Steel covers by completely removing silt, soil, mud sludge, vegetation growth and removing the same to out side MoD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for any width of drains and depth of drains n exc. 0.90m all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-20 grade Design Mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall all as specified and directed

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over out to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending including necessary welding as required & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC tensile fabric structure with PVDF ( polyvinyl-idene-fluoride) coating with all necessary fixtures, of any size and shape for making capopies, shade etc fixed with mild steel structural frame work, weight of the fabric is considered, with fabrics ranging from 900 GSM all as specified and directed. Note :- The shape / Design of the shads will be as approved By GE.

S&F in repairs stainless steel letters 450 mm height and 32 mm depth made of 1 mm thick Stainless steel sheet with seamless welding rubed, polished and edges made smooth with necessary fixing devices all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Aluminium composite panel sheet 3mm thick PVCF wooden or plain finished fixed with necessary aluminium tube of size 25mm x 38mm x 1.5mm thick with required cilicon & screw as in ceiling/columns and in vertical surface all as specified and directed. Approved sample as kept in GE Office.

M&L in repairs for Best quality granite (of any type) 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut, beded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing all as specified and directed.

Molding (Sandwitch moulding) of granite slab edges as directed by Engr-in-charge including polishing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor hearth or wall tiling inclduing cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the site out side MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L exterior wall tiles as approved by GE thickness of tiles 8 mm and size 300 x 600 mm each tiles, set & jointed in cement and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and laid over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed.

M&L for first and premium quality of vetrified coloured marble finished digital tiles 1200 mm x 600 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick, in skirting, dados, risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed in coloured cement to match shades of the tiles laid over and including 10mm thick rendering or backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L and premium quality of vetrified coloured marble finished digital tiles 1200 mm x 600 mm x 12 to 15 mm thick, in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry, and pointed in coloured cement to match the shades of the tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for heavy duty outdoor vitrified tiles dark or light shade 10-12 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.16 sqm and not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the sheds of tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel (Grade 304) railing, newal post, ends, caps and balustars made of hollow tubes, channels, plates including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and removal of vegetation and and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) through authorized applicator only all as specified and directed.

Retroreflective sign board of size 1.20 x 0.60 m both side comprising the following :- (a) Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth of broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm thick watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and making good surface complete. (b) PCC 1:11/2:3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of size 250 x 250 x 450 mm complete. (c) 0.56 mm thick aluminium sheet of size 1.56 m x 0.92 m framed with Stainless steel railing with horizontal and vertical pipe of 32 mm dia on ground in PCC. Height of board from ground level shall be 2.37 m complete. (d) Retroreflective sheeting as prescribed in (c) above on aluminium sheeting both side white or coloured having a smooth outer surface, retroreflective shall be of high intensity grade with encapsulated lence (the message, ledgends, letter, number etc.) and other shall be 100/150 mm size complete.
