M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm grared aggregate) complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from walls of any description all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- Supply only of water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item
