Maintenance and repairs to the Staff Quarters at Seethalakshmi Hospital Campus West Portion - East Facing First Room at Krishnasamy Road and Siddha Dispensary Campus at Thiyagaraya New Street No. 3 in Ward No. 70

1.Dismantling the Exisiting Damaged Weathering coarse and pressed tiles as per the instruction of Departmental officers.etc., Complete.

2.Clean removal of Cement plaster from Ceiling as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

3.Dismantling the existing damaged Plain Cement Concrete as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

4.Dismantling the existing damaged brick work in Cement mortar as per the instruction of Departmental officers etc., complete

5. Dismatling existng damaged Vitrified tiles as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete

6.BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Ground moulded) bricks of size 9"x4 ½"x3" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

7. Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two fine aggregates and four coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

8.Plastering the exposed surface of RCC works in cement mortar 1:3 mix 12mm thick with standard specifications.

9.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5(one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thick for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

10. Painting with First Quality Emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., complete.

12.Painting with enamel paint two coats over base coat for new iron works using good quality and approved colour etc. completed.

13.Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

14.Flooring finishing with first quality design ceramaic tiles of all colours of size 305cm X 305cm X 6mm laid in cement mortar 1:3 mix to 20mm thick and painting with white cement using 0.30 kg/1m2 including finishing the jointing and painting flush with tiles surface etc., complete - 10 m2

15.Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter.

16.Supplying and fixing of position of Indian make white glazed earthwere wash basin 550mm x 400mm with all accessories such as cost Iron brackets, 32mm dia C.P.1 Waste coupling, coupling, Rubber plug and chain, 32mm dia 'B' 4322.40 Nos class, G.I. Waste pipe, 15mm dia, G.M.Wheel valve, 15mm dia Nylon connection, 15mm dia Brass Nipples, 15mm C.P. pillar tap etc

17.Supplying and fixing in position of Indian make white water closet of size in 580mm * 440mm weight glassed earthan ware of approved with P Trap (or) S Trap foot rest and filling all round the closet using 20mm broken brick jally in 10cm thick and plaster in c.m. 1:3 12 mm thick including fixing in position levelling complete with necesary connection as per standard specification

18.European Water Closet (white ) with 'P' or 'S' Trap with Double Flapped seat and seat cover with Brass Highes and 10 litre capacity PVC low level flusing tank with all internal fittings

19. Supply and delivery and fixing of HDPE tank (1000 Litre)as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

20.Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm(22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe concealed in wall and celling with PVC accessories with TW Switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for pvc concealed light point/fan point (SD26)

21.Wiring with 2x1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid Pipe concealed on wall and celling with PVC accessories, In flush with wall, with 150mmx100mmx113mm TW switch box wall 3mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking CS Plug with continuous earth wire connection of.14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point (SD38)

22.Wiring with 2x4 sqmm(56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.conductor of 1100V grade in suitable Pipe on wall and celling with PVC accessories with 150mmx100mmx63mm TW switch box for 15 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour, with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point. 23.Supply and fixing of Single box type 4’40W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals to the fitting (SD-88)
