Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all height and depths,in all kind of soil including saturated soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil,ordinary rock and hard rock.All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion,damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited).All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grade, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, January 2014 and clause 1603 and section 2100 of General Conditions for contract to achive designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding.The recovery of useful stone that is 8440.16 cum. in all cases,failing which recovery @ Rupees 170/= only(Rupees one hundred seventy only) per cubic meter shall be effected on pro rata basis.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor,which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Random rubble stone masonry in cement mortar 1:5for structure like retaining walls breast walls wing walls toe walls aboutments and similar works et.in all heights complete as per drawings and technical specification for rural roads January 2014 clause 702, 704, 1202 and 1206 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry masonry in Retaining walls ,breast walls,revetment walls and parapets etc.for sub structure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 704.6 and 1302.5 including hauling of materials in all leads,lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregate as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm. (Six hundred millimeters) with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment wing wall return walls, to the full height compacted of firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification IRC-78 clause 710.1.4 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 900mm dia for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1101. Including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1303 and curing complete the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level.
