6000 LPM, 40 mtrs head with squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 50 Hz of suitable rating HP/ KW Speed 1450 RPM type - TFC SQ Case 415 V ± +10% 50 HZ± 5% ( One act as stand by) 2+1

Provision for Providing and supply, erection & commissining of One for 5 HP vacuum pump motor with 32 A FSU & DOL starter complete.-

Provision for Providing and supply, erection & commissining of One for 3 HP dewatering pump set with 16 Amp. Fuse switch unit and DOL starter complete.-

Supply and fixing following DID/F pipe and specials/sluice valves /non return valves/ bell mouth/Reflex valves including cost of Jointing materials, excavation, laying, jointing, refilling including making adequate supports of masonry/ concrete/steel for delivery and suction pipe from bell mouth in the collecting tank up to the rising main laid as per plan shown from the foundation wall of the pump chamber for all the clear water pumping set , as per specification.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of LT cables PVC aluminum armored cable including cost of thimbles, lugs for making connection underground covered with sand and bricks/In trench/in pipe on steel bridges (Detail of cable sizes and length to be provided be clearly mentioned for making following connection.

a)from transformer to LT panel 1100 Volt 1x 70 sq mm 31/2 core.

b)from LT panel starter 1100 Volt 1x 50 sq mm 3 core.(For 6000 LPM X 40 Mtr Head)

Providing and fixing of insulated rubber matting suitable for 11 KV installation 1 meter x 2 meter x 12 mm / As per panel SPEC for sites as per specification .

Satisfactory and trouble free running of complete installation for 3 months including the cost of lubrication oil. But excluding the cost of electric energy for the sites.

Prov. & fixing of exhaust fans each having a capacity of 45 cubic meters per minutes complete with suitable GI sheet ducting in pump chamber if required ( Bajaj & crompton make)

Construction of RCC foundation 2.50 m x 1.50 m for pumping machinery including excavation, all material, foundation bolts of size 20mm x 600 mm grouted in RCC foundation to fixing the MS Frame for instalation of pumoing machinery complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing Chlorination Dozing system,vacum type chlorinators with accessories and safty equipments with Dozing Pumps, piping etc complete in all respects at boosting station.

Supplying, erection, testing & commissioning of Gantry for 3 MT capacity for lifting and lowering of the pumping machenery including providing Girders, rails and their fixing with ancillary civil and machanical works complete in all respects.

Prov. & fixing of ceiling lans 48" i/d ( 1200 mm) with suitable GI pipe complete in all respect ( Bajaj & crompton make)

Supply erection, testing of standard make Lighting in the Pump chamber with material upto 10 points including switch, button, plug, PVC pipe & wire etc
