Development of mini forest by plantation as per Miyawaki method including soil testing, landscaping, maintaining of planted trees for one year which includes weeding and irrigation of plants minimum 48 times after the completion of plantation work. Plantation will be strictly follows the method of Miyawaki plantation i.e. preparation of soil by excavating up to minimum depth of 1.00M including mixing of Jiva-Amrat ( Go-mutra, Cow dung, Besan, Jaggery, roots of pipal tree) and filling the same by fertile earth as required and also including cutted grass, bhusa, Khad etc. and plantation of tree plants / meditational plants / ornamental plants / shrubs etc. at least 3.0 to 3.50 plants per sqm) as per strictly follows the given detail specification issued by forest chief conservator order no. G-324/15-1/ (ceiling rate) Lucknow dated 06.03.2020, including watch and ward as per direction of Engineer in charge. The rate to include all cost of material, labour, T&P and fee of consultant for proper completion of the work. The maintenance/defect liability period for this whole to be one year from completion of plantation. water arrangement for each site such as boring / pressure pipe at the plantation site shall be provided by the Contractor at his own cost. However necessary electricity connection (if required) shall have to be taken by the firm.

Supply and fixing of R.C.C post size 1.80 M height, bottom size 0.12X0.12m and top size of pillar 0.075X0.075m including neccesary excavation grouting of pillar in 1:2:4 cement concrete (size 0.30X 0.30X.45m) with cement, coarse sand and 20mm stone grit required for proper completion of he work as per direction of Engineer in charge.(In sector-8 green belt near Gangotri Enclave)

Providing & Fixing barbed wire fencing including fixing it to post after streching it including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work but excluding supply of post. (In sector-8 green belt near Gangotri Enclave)

Conditions:-

If the contractor has no exprience for the plantations as per miyawaki method, he should deploy the exprience consultant such as "Say tree" or other equivalent consultant ( Firm will have to enclose the written acceptance of consultant with tender doucements)

Tenderer Should visit the site before submission of bidding doucements.
