Drilling of 550mm dia bore for 250mm i/d straight tubewell upto 150mtr depth with Reverse Rotary Rig in all kind of soil including the cost the consumable stores, fucl oil and transporation of rig to the site, complete in all respects

1. Erection and dismantling of boring plant including all arrangement for the transportation of the boring equipment to site of work from the store of contractor at site and back are to be made by the contractor at his own cost. All rates should be quoted for supplying the material at site of work. Pits for collection of water and water for drilling tubewell to be arranged by the firm/contractor at site at his own cost.

2. In case the bore is converted into a tubewell payment of bore shall be made up to the bail plug plus margin (7% of main bore drilling or as actual as per field requirement whichever is less) required for sustaining the main bore paid at the rate of beyond margin shall be paid at the rate of test bore drilling.

Labour Charges for Pulling out existing submersible pump set from existing tubewell and re-lowering in new tubewell

Supplying and laying C.I. specials as per IS:1538 complete as desired by Engineer-in-Charge conforming to ISI specifications. Note: If C.I specials of ISI Marked is used intead of specials confirming to ISI Specifications , than 10% extra on rates of this item will be paid.

CI double flange bend dully IS marked 150mm x 900mm = 2 No @ 31/- kg each

Providing, Stringing out,cutting, jointing and testing of ISI marked C.I. pipes Class LA per IS:1536 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients jointing with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including all cartage. 150mm i/d

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts sluice valves ISI marked 14846-2000 including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).

Consturction of masonary Sluice valve chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of pubic health department.

Repair and White Wash of Pump Chamber

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint

Painting two or more coats with syntheticenamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint.

White washing 3 coats inside of pump chamber.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Hollock wood doors shutter windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled

Development of Water Works

Providing & fixing 1.2mtr high fencing around the head works site with 1.65 meter post, placed every 2.5 meters apart, embedded in cement concrete blocks and every tenth post to be strutted with three rows of G.I. Barbed wire weighing 9.34 Kg per 100 meters (minimum) and fixing with GI staples tied to 6mm bar nib, with binding wire or by providing cut, including drilling holes in the post, including cost of posts, winding wire, strutted earth work in the post & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per DWSS standard Drawing and analysis.

Providing and Fixing precast pre-stressed cement concrete fencing pole M-40 by 4 Nos. parallel high tensile entwined wire (ISI marked wire 4 mm dia fencing pole size at bottom 4" x 3", size top 3" x 3",Lenght 6ft, hooks 6 No. including cost of excavation, sand filling and erection complete in all respects

Providing & fixing D-Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per DWSS standard Drawing and analysis.
