Operation & maintenance of substation / Power House equipment i/c 11KV HT panel, Transformers, LT panels, AMF panels, Diesel Generators and other related pumps and works by deputing manpower, tools & tackles to attend the compliants / faults / breakdown by taking rectification action, to ensure serviceability / satisfactory working of complete electrical & mechanical systems by providing minimum 10 Nos. manpower as required round the clock in three shift including sundays & holidays, carrying out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records, documentations etc. as per tender conditions.

Inspection, Servicing, Overhauling, Repair, Operation, testing and setting of existing 11 KV HT-06 Nos. Vaccum Circuit Breaker (VCB) of 800 Amps by the OEM or their authorised service providers includes providing all conumables, submitting test reports, complete checking & testing of all control wiring & ensure serviceability during contract period etc. as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc. as required. (It includes all the breakdown calls throughout the contract as & when required from authorized service Engineer of OEM)

Inspection, Servicing, Overhauling, Repair, Operation, Testing and setting of following make LT Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) of 1.1 KV grade and upto 2500 Amps rating by the OEM or their authorised service representative including submission of test reports as per the standard practice of OEM and direction of Engeneer-In-Charge complete as per actual site requirements. (It includes all the breakdown calls throughout the contract as & when required from authorized service Engineer of OEM) ABB-16 Nos. Schneider- 19 Nos. Siemens- 01 Nos. L & T- 06 Nos.

Calibration of various types of electromagenetic IDMT relays (set of 2 nos. over current + 1 no. earth fault) installed in existing 11 KV VCB panels / LT panels by secondary current injection method including inspection, servicing, testing, repairs, settings and submission of test reports as per standard practice and direction of Engeneer-In-Charge complete as per site requirements. 8 Set (It includes all the breakdown calls throughout the contract as & when required from authorized service Engineer of O&M)

Inspection and maintenance of 1500 KVA Dry type 11 KV/433 volt Distribution transformers i/c cleaning by vacuume cleaner / blower, tightnings of HV and LV side cable terminals, control connections, earth connections, checking and testing of all protective relays connected with the transformer complete as per direction of Engeneer-In-Charge and as per actual site conditions. 3 Nos. Transformer (The quoted rate should be 3 Nos. Kirloskar Make Transformer for one year & it includes visit & submission of detailed report for any observation/breakdown throughout the contract as and when from Authorized Service Engineer as required by Engineer-In-Charge)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following coloured exising indicating lamps with new universal voltage (24 to 240 V AC/DC) LED indicating lamps on different panels including connection, testing, commissioning etc. complete as per site requirements.

Replacement of existing multifunction meter by new multifunction meter of 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, class 0.5 S with RS 485 Port in the existing cutout, connection etc. complete as required & as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Make Schneider Conzerv, Model No. EM-6459H or Equivalent.

Replacement of existing of existing analogue type voltmeter with new digital type voltmeter, class 0.5 S installed in existing panels at Pune Airport including wiring for auxiliary supply, connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as required .

Replacement of existing of existing analogue type ammeter with new digital type ammeter, class 0.5 S installed in existing panels at Pune Airport including wiring for auxiliary supply, connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as required .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of of under voltage/overvoltage/auto operation release coil suitable for existing Schneider ACB etc. complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 Phase digital voltage protection relay, auxiliary supply 900 VPR-2-280/520 V on the exisitng essential panel etc.complete as required.

Supply & laying of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed following size aluminium conductor , armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS- 7098 ( Part-I) with up to date ammendements etc. complete as & when required & directed by Engineer-In-Charge..

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC foot valve of size upto 6 inch as per site requirement for the existing dewatering pums etc. complete as required.

Comprehensive maintenance contract including inspection, testing and commissioning of existing fresh in/exhaust ventilation system 02 nos. i/c rewinding of motor, repalcement of worn out defective parts/spares, consumables, tools & tackles, monitoring performance of system, speed, vibration etc. complete as required.
