Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in roof padding of any description and in any position/old existing felt/plaster/tiles etc including removal of old demolished material out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for levelling course for roof slab, PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregates) using water proofing compound (SBR) and maintaining proper roof slope and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Minimum thickness of concrete should not be less than 50 mm at any point). Note : Waterproofing compound should be measured and paid seperatley.

Supply of SBR waterproofing compound @ 2% of per kg cement used complete all as specified and directed.

OVERLAY- PU BASED ELASTOMERIC LIQUID MEMBRANE SYSTEM FOR EXPOSED ROOF :- Providing and applying polyurethane liquid roof waterproofing with improved water ponding capability, thermal insulating elastomeric high build liquid membrane for concrete roofs for exterior wall and exposed surface with solid content not less than 80% and solar reflective index 109 as per (ASTM E-1980-19)/tear strength-20 N/mm (Free film, 14 days + 30 degree C) (ASTM D624) and tensile strength>- 2 N/mm2 (ASTM D4541). (a) After proper surface preparation, apply one coat of primer for PU coating as per manufacturers specificaiton. (b) Apply 1st coat of ShailUrethane(R)BTD (white) @ 650 gm/m2 (minimum) or equivalent by brush/roller white prime surface is tacky, spread waterproofing reinforced glass fiber mash of 45 GSM with overlaps of 50 mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky. Allow 1st coat to dry. (c) Apply 2nd & 3rd coat of ShailyUrethane(R)BTD (white) @ 650 gm/m2 (minimum) or equivalent by brus/roller. Make : Fosroc/Sika/Choksey/Chemsol/Bostik/TP. Note (i) The mimium dry film thickness (DFT) of roof treatment shall be 1.5mm if any shortfall in thickness of above treatment the same shall be achieved by additional coat. (ii) The procurement of material and execution of material and execution of the work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE. (iii) The manufacturer/authorised applicator shall give a warranty for the performace & durability for 10 years.

M& L for benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm stone aggregates) using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape, roof kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, cills 20-25mm thick over and including 15mm screed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment including 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc. 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick , watered and rammed to a true surfaces of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
