Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of weathering course with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2cm in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) including all materials, labour, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Wooden panelled door single shutter including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality, fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nuts, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and put up, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing CW Scantling of 40mm thick panelled frame, glazed or panelled, and glazed (4mm thick) shutters for window of various size with vengai wood. The cost inclusive vengai wood, fixing of first quality ISI standard glass, hinge, necessary screws, bolt & nut and applying one coat of wood primer, labour charges, tools etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing UPVC ( Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm X 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 X 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned.Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work. The rate including cost of all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance, fixing in position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Solid Panel PVC door with frame - Supplying and fixing Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary labour and furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Executive Engineer befoe use on work.

Providing and fixing SS Powder coating Mosquito Mesh shutter of various size with 1" x 1" anodized aluminium section frame etc., The rate including cost of SS Heavy duty mesh, 1" x 1" anodized aluminium section frame, hinges, tower bolt, window lock and necessary furniture fittings, labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Attending the repairs works in the existing door, window and ventilator with frame and shutters of various size at Residential Quarters using the available wooden planks / scantlings which will be issued by the department and same may be re-fixed at the original position. The cost inclusive of removing and re-fixing the existing door/window/ventilator with required fixtures, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying & Fixing of kitchen carpentry units for the counters of depth 1'3" and 2'3" consisting of carcass and shutter made of 18mm thick water proof ply wood of best quality finished with 1mm laminate on both side. The cost inclusive of all necessary Fixtures like handles, drawer slides, hinges, top hung Airlift and Expandable magic corner, Expandable Cutlery tray, Expandable plate rack make EBCO or equivalent etc.,<(>,<)> complete and as directed by the Engineer in-Charge.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 6 mm thick of 30 x 30 cm wall tiles over the existing wall up to 2.50 m height by chipping the wall surfaces wherever required and fixing with approved colour and quality of tilesincluding all materials, labour, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Ceramic floor tiles 30 x 30 cm in Cement Mortar 1:4 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)), 12 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, Supplying and Laying factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete 60mm thick Paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & patten over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver block to the required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc., including all materials, labour, tools & plants, conveyance etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
