Supplying, installing and commissioning foam jet fountain (2 nos.) near new hostel Kshitij at IICM

Providing and fixing 2HP three phase open-well submersible pump (Make : Kirloskar/Aqua-Texmo or equivalent) including cost of screws, wires etc. all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing Outdoor control panel with MCB, starter, Light and pump operating system provision including cost of screws etc. for fitting all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing 1” brass foam nozzle as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing 18Watt/12V DC input, RGB color changing stainless steel, SS-304 housing, LED Underwater Light, IP 68 protected including cost of screws etc. for fitting all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing SMPS LED driver & RGB Controller ( LED Driver make : Meanwell or Equivalent) including cost of screws etc. for fitting all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing Interconnecting UPVC pipe of dia 20 to 50 mm and pipe fittings along with control valves (Make: Supreme/Skipper/Astral/Equivalent) including cost of jointing etc. all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing 2.5sq.mm 3core cable x 50mtr and 1 sq.mm 4 core x 50mtr cable for pumps and lights respectively (Make: Mescab/ Polycab/Finolex/Equivalent) including cost of screws, clamps etc. for fitting all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing Light stand, Clamp along with electrical & hardware fittings all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Installation & commissioning along with transportation all as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative side waterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plaster surface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatious waterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1 ) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film & loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall. 20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes.
