Supply, install, commissioning and testing of Transformer of capacity 100 KVA, Step down Outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT, 11KV 3 Phase, LT 433V, 3 Phase, 4 wire copper wound Energy efficiency Level 3 with maximum total loss not exceeding 475 Watts at 50% load and 1650 Watts at 100% load with off load tap changer in 7 steps of 2.5% for range +7.5 to -7.5% step down outdoor type on HT side to very secondary voltage within limit all as per IS-1180 : 2014 (Amendment No 4 of Mar 2021) transformer shall be of oil immersed naturally cooled type (ONAN) consisting following specifications complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought on bushing. (b) Oil level gauge indicating oil level minimum and maximum. (c) lifting lugs. (d) Drain cum sampling valve. (e) Thermometer pocket. (f) Oil filling hole with cover. (g) Dehydrating breathing device. (h) Rating and terminal marking plates. (j) One cable box HV side consisting porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with bushing rods, nuts, bolts inside cable end box. (k) One cable box LV side consists of 4 Nos of brass bushing rods with nuts, bolts with two nos of cable glands of suitable size. (l) Explosion vents. (m) Air relief valve plug. (n) Initial filling to transformer oil confirming to IS-335.

Supply , erection, testing of maintenance free chemical earthing by auguring & installation of copper bonded rod using machine bore and filling with backfill compound using copper bonded rod of dia 20 mm , length 3m , made of low carbon high tensile steel with copper plating for preventing external corrosion, top end connected with copper plated welded bus bar terminal of dimension 150mm x 50mm x 6 mm , carbon based, high conductive backfill compound 'Conductolite' with resistivity < 0.5 ohm-metre (In dry conditions) & resistivity non-moisture dependant, electronic & ionic conduction, less susceptible to shrinkage, with hygroscopic & corrosion resistive properties and covering with heavy duty polyplastic earth pit chamber cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 20 x 3mm copper strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required including taking down of old existing strip complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting HT cable and LT cable from old transformer and shifting old transformer to MES Store for safe custody including loading and unloading complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost for disconnection, loading, unloading, transportation etc including labour for the same are deemed to be included in the item.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 185 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed
